Change

by Sam Suska

The only thing constant in the natural world is change. We have to accept this and I believe for a person to prosper physically, mentally and emotionally they need to take the next step and embrace change. Problem is that people tend to hesitate and procrastinate the making of changes or even completely avoid change. I have personally noticed a trend where change becomes more acceptable for a person when it is associated with pleasure or pain.

After years of research science investigating the causative and associative factors in the physical, mental and emotional health of people I have identified change as an absolute necessity for a person to improve their physical, mental and emotional health. This is because the conventionally accepted and practiced way of living in the post-modern world is incompatible with human prosperity at the physical, mental and emotional levels.

When I offer professional assistance to an individual the first factor I consider is how accepting this person is with change as a whole. I ask questions to get some info on their background, present situation and expectations in order to estimate their attitude about change; this helps form my approach to the individual. The approach is always individualized, but the overall message is the same; the most influential factor in health and wellness at every aspect of a person is lifestyle choices (and the intention forming them!).

Post-modern living gives us plenty of options for each and every lifestyle choice; the problem is that most of the options available to us for lifestyle choices do not promote the conditions of the human 'being' for prosperity in mind or body. I have found in my research of both eastern and western-based science that lifestyle choices are undoubtedly the most influential factor in the overall health and function of an individual.

When someone comes to me seeking professional assistance I already know that their lifestyle needs to change for them to reach whatever goal they use to focus; whether it is pleasure-based or pain-based. People who were once hesitant to accept change may possibly even seek change if the pain is great enough or if the potential for pleasure tickles their fancy. Lifestyle changes are the focus whether or not the catalyst is pleasure (like looking better, having more energy, being stronger) or pain (like improving chronic debilitating disease, poor digestion or emotional stability).

Lifestyle change, like healing, is a process not an event. I have never seen anyone who makes drastic changes in a short time actually keep them up and fulfill their goal because these people did not focus on fundamental improvement in their approach to free will and life as a whole. Free will is beautiful, and for most people this puts their physical energy, emotional stability and inner conflict within their control. In short, how one handles their free will and approaches life as a whole ultimately determines how they think, feel and operate on a daily basis.

An issue that I have with western science is the tendency to focus on genetics, diagnostics and treatment while overlooking the causative and associative factors that impact these things. Yes, genetics do affect the body, but why are they expressed? Yes, a diagnosis is useful to understand an individuals condition, but their particular pattern is unique and why did it begin and progress? Yes, physical, mental and emotional issues need treated, but the cure is found in the prevention not the treatment.

That is the key point that makes lifestyle choices the absolute most important factor in life and prosperity. Do you seek prosperity? Are you curious about your own physical, mental and emotional potential? I am, and this shapes my approach to free will and life as a whole. Over time I made a complete lifestyle change and this started with evaluating each option in food, drink, exercise and stress management in front of me. My personal research science is well-rounded with a heavy philosophical component which gave me the proper discretion to evaluate options; but I needed more consistency with my actual choices.

I personally developed consistency in making proper choices by applying principles from my philosophical research which addressed my underlying intention . The intention with which we approach free will and life as a whole, I believe is the limiting factor in whether one makes sustainable change, fundamental improvement I call it. As a professional I can help nearly anyone reach a short-term goal and even realize long-term goals, but physical, mental and emotional prosperity is only possible with meaningful intention and proper discretion.

The combination of intention and discretion in my approach to free will and life as a whole allowed for controversy and questioning of the details. But, all science can be scrutinized; heck it needs to be scrutinized and the lifestyle choices I suggest pass the test and maintain a consistent theme (this makes them practical!). The specific lifestyle choices are the details and the lifestyle change I professionally assist people in making is built with big-picture fundamental improvement that addresses change at a deep level. The specific appeal for change differs between people; some people respond to the spiritual component while some respond to the potential for self-empowerment and in my experience most people tend to respond to the physical aspect.

Your personal catalyst for change is of minimal importance; I am excited that you seek knowledge and consider change. Knowledge can be power and the lifestyle changes that I recommend are built from meaningful intention and come with the side effects of self-empowerment and improved physical, mental and emotional well-being. Self-empowerment is the process of developing the meaningful intention and consistently making the proper choices and this is available to you in my book and in my professional assistance.

Sincerely,

Sam Suska

My Theory part 2

by Sam Suska

living beings are the organization of matter, and matter is the organization of electrical energy potential. electrons, protons and neutrons are electrical forces called sub-atomic particles that bond living 'beings' together at the atomic level. living matter, living 'beings' are constructed, almost entirely by electrical energy potential; in fact the Nobel Prize for physics has been awarded for the mathematical explanation that matter is at least 99.999% electrical forces.

organized electrical forces vibrate, and the organized matter of living 'beings' tends to vibrate at much higher levels than non-living matter. this is using physical science to observe the human organism, and physical science is useful for identifying electrical forces but needs help in explaining the behavior of electrical energy potential. so, we use quantum physical science to investigate function and then health of the human organism. therefore my explanation for the health and function of the human organism is built from priniciples of physical science, quantum physical science, biochemistry and eastern medical sciences like chinese medicine and ayurvedic medicine.

furthermore, my theory on the causative factors in the health and function of the human organism required investigation into the control center of the human organism; the conscious and sub-conscious aspect of the human mind. the human mind is not just a conceptual entity, it is housed within and directly affects the human organism. i personally investigated psychology and philosophy, from an eastern perspective as well as that which is inspired by the western world.

my research science was rounded together with investigation of the external factors affecting the human organism and the human mind. as a result i spent countless hours pouring over information about nutrition, exercise, relaxation, perception, farming practices, food processing, environmental science, geometry, electrical energy and sociology.

at this point i was able, to first explain how the human organism functions and secondly explain how profoundly in control of this is the human mind. i theorize that the human mind and human organism are inherently formed by a spiritual essence; this explains the behavior of electrical forces within the human organism, where the mind is also seated. it is my belief that the human mind is within the human blood, and specific aspects of this are directly related to specific organs.

the human organism and the human mind are the same entity with distinct functions; and they are both formed by the spiritual essence. it is my theory that the 'spiritual essence' of the human 'being' is the electrical forces which contruct the human mind and organism as a whole. my theory is built on the belief that 'spiritual essence' is within every cell of our body and within our consciousness and sub-consciousness. i believe that we are a 'spiritual essence' experiencing a physical opportunity to expand our consciousness.

and this is the heart of my theory; life is the chance to learn lessons and develop our consciousness OR life is a wasted opportunity and we stagnate our conscious development. i firmly believe that everything in the natural world is constantly changing, and a useful goal for life is to harness the inevitable change in life and use it for personal benefit, and indirect benefit to our group and natural environment. we harness the change in life by learning the universal lesson of self-preservation, group promotion and respect for the natural environment.

i am comfortable with knowing that for one to accept my theory they have to 1) have an open mind, 2) have the ability to grasp concepts and 3) also make similar mental connections to the one's I directly suggest. i am also aware that accepting my theory is only half the game; intellectual understanding is not transformational without moral application. and this is where it get interesting, and the practical suggestions gain value and self-accounatability becomes key for self-empowerment.

self-empowerment is the direct characteristic I

Fulfill Our 'Human Potential'

by Sam Suska

Basic Outline for the text I am presently finishing. My book presents an expanded outlook on human intelligence and presents the reader with a practical way of improving this specific area of intelligence and fulfilling their own 'human potential'.

1. this discussion should begin at a very basic approach to consciousness; how we view our life and the natural world around us

2. these fundamental beliefs can really help us form a perspective on life and understand what our human potential is and how we can fulfill it

3. by viewing life as a physical experience for our spiritual 'being' to interact with the surrounding environment. the surrounding environment supports our 'being' and gives us the opportunity to learn valuable lessons and maximize our human potential.

4. life is the opportunity to learn from the physical experience and consciously grow or, waste this opportunity and stagnate at the conscious level.

5. humbleness is a root characteristic for us to learn from the physical experience and fulfill our 'human potential' AND faith is the underlying mechanism for us to fulfill our 'human potential'. these PROFOUND characteristics, in combination with an accurate knowledge bases and practically structured approach to life can give us a sense of 'self-empowerment' to fulfill our 'human potential'

6. appropriate, accurate and basic knowledge of our spiritual 'being' builds a foundation of beliefs that may have the greatest power over how we look, feel and operate on a regular basis. we have already addressed how we life and the surrounding environment AND concluded that life is an interaction with other people and nature that we may or may not learn from and consciously grow. now, we are addressing what exactly our spiritual 'being' is, and how this corresponds to our consciousness and physical body.

7. the spiritual 'being' is not only within our consciousness, subconsciousness and physical body, but it actually constructs our "known" entities. it is with some basic understanding of eastern sciences like chinese and ayurvedic medicine along with physical science, biochemistry and quantum mechanics that we can make the relevant observations and form practical, useful mental connections between the concepts of spirituality and physical existence.

8. in the "known" universe everything that takes space, has mass or volume is considered to be matter. and all matter is constructed by atoms, molecules and electric forces which 'hold' it all together; in fact matter is about 99.99% electric force. physical science attempts to study these electric forces and quantum physics attempts to explain this electricity but neither area of science has investigated the human organism to a worthy extent; and that is a basic fundamental flaw in the conventional western scientific view of the human being.

9. so, everything in the "known" universe is electrical force to varying extents; we can readily accept that some objects or substances hold more electrical energy potential than others. this is due to the amount, type and behavior of electrical forces which construct an object; there is three basic types including negatively charged electrical forces, positively charged electrical forces and seemingly neutral electrical forces. the relative amount of each type of electrical force an object or substance is constructed of plays a great role in determining the overall electrical energy potential; but this is not the ONLY factor.

10. the "other" factor is the behavior of these electrical forces; on an individual level (each specific ion, as they are known) and on a collective level within each object or substance. i theorize that the human organism is constructed by electrical forces with a behavior unique to each individual person; the behavior of electrical forces within the human organism is completely unpredictable in relation to other non-living objects and substances and somewhat unpredictable in comparison to other living matter.

11. the behavior of our electrical forces may be unpredictable in relation to other object, substances and living organisms BUT it CAN be totally within the control of each individual person. we have accepted that the human organism is our physical entity, is it too much for us to accept that the human organism is also our spiritual 'being'?

12. i directly theorize that the seemingly unpredictable electrical forces which construct the human organism ARE the spiritual essence of that individual. the conscious mind is held within our brain, blood and energy systems (nervous system, chinese meridian system, indian chakra system and more) ALL of which are constructed by electrical forces and function with electrical energy potential. the subconscious aspect of our mind and 'being' as a whole is held within these "known" entities AND within our major organs; everything is connected and everything is ONE and same. every part of the human organism is constructed by the spiritual essence of the particular person and furthermore each cell, tissue and organ are connected to each other in many ways. it is with this holistic view of ourselves that we can begin taking steps to 'self-empowerment' and fulfilling our 'human potential'.

13. the behavior of electrical forces that are within (now this can be expanded upon, but I'll wait) and compose the human organism are INFLUENCED by the interactions that particular person has with his or her surrounding environment. the interactions one has with other people, living organisms and the natural environment as a whole directly impact the overall electrical energy of the human organism.

14. the degree of influence these interactions have seems to be in relation to the need we have for them, and the options made available to us in fulfilling our basic needs. air is most basic, but we don't have too many options for air quality so the human organism is only moderately influenced by the type of air one breathes on a daily basis. but the air quantity one obtains does have great influence on the electrical energy potential of the human organism; this can be addressed with deep breathing and exercise. expanding from here we can see just how influential foods and drinks are on the electrical energy potential of the human organism; even social interactions have great potential as this leads to perceptions and demands on one known as 'stress'.

15. therefore, we can take steps towards individual self-empowerment and fulfillment of our 'human potential' by practicing a lifestyle designed to 1)contribute to our electrical energy potential 2)eliminate waste products from chemical reactions and 3)harness our electrical energy potential as a whole. keep in mind, that is essential that we approach learning this knowledge with HUMBLENESS and applying the lifestyle suggestions with FAITH that we are heading in a positive direction, becoming self-empowered and fulfilling our incredible 'human potential'.

Common Health Issues

by Sam Suska

Common Physical Ailments
The following issues may not be commonly considered or directly diagnosed by conventional medicine but these are the underlying conditions of nearly all health issues. These common physical ailments are actually not very difficult to diagnose; they do not require dangerous tests. These common physical ailments are simply different viewpoints of conventionally diagnosed health issues and these are conditions associated with the development of sickness, symptoms and eventually debilitating diseases.

Physical issues do not have to be diagnosed with expensive machines or repeated tests; they can be realized by the individual before they develop into a diagnosed disease or so-called 'minor issue'. The more 'connected' an individual is within themselves, between their mind and body, the more easily one can recognize the development of a physical issue. Upon reading this article you will begin to better understand how your body works, how you can immediately improve the health and function of your body and ultimately improve your mind-body connection.

The goal of 'holistic self-care'(of which I am writing a book) is to learn something fundamental within yourself by developing self-empowerment which enables one to take control of bodily health, emotional stability and eventually find sustainable happiness.

It is common for people in modern society to have more than one of the following physical issues and possibly not recognize their health issues until their whole body develops deeply instilled patterns that are often times quite hard to address. This is due to multiple reasons; one being the tendency for people to 'dis-connect' from their body and the other being the general poor definition of "health" which forms the way people tend to approach and view their own bodies. I have personally combined strong medical science with a 'holistic' approach in order to help people take meaningful steps toward self-empowerment and the resulting physical vitality, sustainable energy, stable emotions and ultimate happiness.

The 'holistic' approach refers to the common causes and similar solutions I have found and recommend for these physical ailments I describe here. The common causes of these physical issues directly develops a common condition, which is systemic and leads to a variety of expressions, often times localized and quite often the product of pervasive patterns.

The following physical ailments can be addressed with a more 'holistic' approach to life which guides choices, gives a deeper meaning to this physical experience and a initiates one to make a deeper 'connection' to the suggested lifestyle changes. Change isn't always easy, but this type of change is lasting, profound and self-empowering and may lead to powerful side-effects like improved mental performance, occupational productivity, emotional stability and sustainable happiness.

insufficient alkaline buffering glands
This is shared by nearly all individuals without a commitment to using Sea Salt and a multi-vitamin/mineral on a regular basis. Our bodies have a system of glands with one common goal; to maintain the alkaline design of the body. Our blood (most notably) and tissues (I personally believe) require an alkaline pH to function efficiently and generate sustainable energy so these glands have an essential job in promoting the physical function.

The cover cells of the stomach are the governor alkaline buffering gland; these cells draw sodium chloride (NaCl), water (H20) and carbon dioxide (CO2) from the circulating blood in order to split the NaCl molecule and form sodium bicarbonate (NaCO3). This process forms an acidic byproduct of hydrochloric acid (HCl) which is best known as stomach acid (which should fall off to the bottom of the stomach and not damage tissue or foodstuffs), but more importantly forms sodium bicarbonate for itself and all of the alkaline buffering glands to operate.

The cover cells of the stomach fill the salivary glands of the mouth, the pyloric/duodenal glands at the entrance to the small intestine, the pancreas, the kidneys, itself and a few more glands with this sodium bicarbonate that has a very alkaline pH. The body uses this form of bicarbonate to maintain the required alkalinity of cells, tissues and organs and this is essential to maintaining the alkaline design of the whole body; think of this as one of the most essential homeostatic mechanisms.

Homeostatic mechanisms constantly occur within the body to maintain basic parameters for bodily function such as a body temperature of 98.6, a blood pH of 7.365, a red blood cell count of 6 million per cubic milliliter to name just a few universally agreed upon values the body requires. Maintaining the blood pH of 7.365 is absolutely essential and the cover cells of the stomach play a direct role by secreting the sodium bicarbonate directly into the circulating blood as needed; this explains why we experience nausea at stressful times.

During extreme stress our blood is infused with acidic compounds we know as adrenaline and cortisol which immediately impact the pH balance of our blood thus requiring bicarbonates to raise the temporarily lowered pH. So the cover cells of the stomach draw the aforementioned minerals and split the NaCl molecule but also form stomach acid; this stomach acid makes us nauseas and feel "butterflies" in our stomach. The stomach acid will be absorbed by the gastric pits of the stomach in time (these are at the base of the stomach), but one will feel the effects of localized acidity when stomach acid overwhelms the other stomach tissue. Gastric pit dysfunction is often times known as "heartburn" and "gerd"; these "diseases" are often times the result of inefficient and/or overwhelmed gastric pits.

We can prevent nausea and other symptoms associated by proactively "filling" our alkaline buffering glands with daily supplementation of Sea Salt and Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) in addition to generous amounts of pure water and of course, limiting the foods and drinks which challenge the alkaline design of our blood, tissues and body as a whole (so as not to overwhelm the gastric pits as well). Processed grains, sodas, alcohol, cheese, processed meats, processed drinks, sugary substances and baked goods are some of the most common and perverse foods/drinks regularly available to us that must be avoided or at least minimized to realize sustainable energy and directly address insufficient alkaline buffering glands (or improve the function of the gastric pits).

mineral scavenging
When our body is struggling to maintain it's alkaline design (foremost within the blood but I believe also within the tissues) it will go to great depths to return itself to desired alkalinity. This means 'homeostatic mechanisms' are initiated, but these physiological processes do not have foresight; they will do nearly anything for immediate benefit regardless of long-term effects. One example is when the body draws minerals from it's own tissues in order to form a bicarbonate substance for secretion within the blood and for localized areas to raise their pH. Magnesium, potassium and calcium can be the 'backbone' of a bicarbonate just like the aforementioned sodium based bicarbonate.

When the blood is short of circulating sodium bicarbonate and minerals the body will break itself down; to the teeth and bones for calcium, to the muscles for their magnesium and to nearly any tissues for their potassium. These substances form bicarbonates (MgCO3, CaCo3, KCO3) to address immediate problem of lowered pH but leaves the body depleted in the long term; the bones and teeth become brittle and weak, the muscles cramp, tighten and fatigue while the tissues may become hardened.

The condition of osteoporosis may eventually develop, muscle knots and trigger points may form, fatigue will be quicker in the large muscles and large tissues will harden and possible lead to ulceration or inflammation if this condition persists. This can be addressed by supplementing with a calcium/magnesium blend, drinking superfluous amounts of pure water and by eating foods densely packed with the valuable minerals of potassium, magnesium and calcium. These foods include but are not limited to broccoli, spinach, kale, chard, romaine, green beans, squash, zucchini, avocado, cabbage, sprouted pumpkin seeds and celery, cucumbers, tomatoes to name a few.

Most importantly this can be prevented by avoiding the things which initiate the mineral
scavenging process; as this is the underlying condition of this physical ailment. The theory I have is that most nutrient deficiencies arise from the body depleting itself for these nutrients in order to maintain it's necessary internal characteristics; thus avoiding processed foods, animal products, over-thinking and over-exercise/imbalanced exercise will play an instrumental role in preventing mineral scavenging by addressing the causes.

red blood cell coagulation
Our body is not only alkaline by design but operates on and is actually constructed by electrical energy potential. All matter is constructed by electrical energy potential, in fact matter is over 99% electrical energy potential; positively charged and negatively charged ions bond together all substances. An essential basic need for our body is 6 million red blood cells per cubic milliliter of blood; thus our body will initiate homeostatic mechanisms to preserve this state. Red blood cells are intended to have a negatively charged electrical potential, but this is not always the case.

The most notable homeostatic mechanism designed to maintain the desired red blood cell count is to transform bone marrow into red blood cells. Medical science has also recently found the body to have the ability to transform liver cells and muscle cells into red blood cells as well. But there is a problem when this constantly occurs; these red blood cells do not have the desired negative electric charge, instead they are positive and cannot contribute the electrical energy potential of the human body as a whole.

This 'cellular transformation' is evidence that the body has the ability to transform cells, nearly all of it's cells to and from red blood cells; it is my belief that the red blood cell is the foundational cell, the stem-cell for the entire body. The quality of red blood cells are ultra-influential to the health and functional ability of cells, tissues, organs, systems and overall bodily health. The red blood cells can also be transformed from the foods and drinks we consume; as this is made possible by the micro-villi of the small intestine which absorbs these chemicals. Upon absorption this matter moves within the crypts of the small intestine and may transform into erythroblasts and eventually erythrocytes or red blood cells once they reach the lungs and receive oxygen.

This means that the quality of our red blood cells is largely within our control; eat and drink high quality foods and liquids to build high quality red blood cells with a negatively charged electrical energy potential. The majority of the matter composing our body is bonded together with positively charged ions which means that our body as a whole desires negatively charged ions in order to react with positive ions and generate sustainable electrical energy.

When the red blood cells have negative charges they repel each other and have the ability to enter all of the capillaries in our body and bring electrical energy potential and oxygen to nearly all of out tissues. But, when many of the red blood cells have a positive charge they will stick to the other red blood cells with negative charges because these opposites attract and the coagulation of red blood cells forms and prevents them from entering all of the capillaries. The result is cold hands and feet, poor circulation to sexual organs (e.g erectile dysfunction) and even hair brittleness and loss.

The solution to red blood cell coagulation is to consume foods and drinks with negatively charged ions. Vibration and oxidation reductive potential signify the density of negative ions within a substance. Solid foods densely populated with negative ions vibrate at a high level and these start with fresh, uncooked green vegetables, then fresh fruits followed by sprouted nuts and seeds and cold-pressed poly-unsaturated oils. Build your diet with these foods and you can prevent and address red blood coagulation. Please feel free (actually I encourage you) to consume liquified food as well; freshly made vegetable juices (e.g kale, cucumber, celery, wheatgrass, spinach juices, etc.) have the highest amount of electrical energy potential as signified by ORP or oxidation reductive potential.

lymphatic sluggishness
The lymphatic system is designed to filter the blood and tissues by removing harmful acidic substances from these areas. But our lymphatic system is without a pump, the glands and nodes within it operate on electrical energy potential and this fluid moves as a result of muscular contraction. Thus, moving our body is essential for lymphatic flow and this can be optimized by moving our body in specific ways in specific conditions.

This bodily movement can be active and passive; meaning that lymphatic movement is generated by forms of exercise or forms of massage, the most notable passive form being a specific lymphatic massage. A therapeutic massage of any kind will generate lymphatic movement though, but most important is performing exercise.

The best form of exercise to generate lymphatic movement is active, hot yoga. The heat opens the skin pores to release acidic substances within the skin and between the skin and inner tissue; and this combined with consistent 'compression' mixed with 'opening' enables the lymphatic system to operate at it's optimal level. One of the best form of this is Bikram Yoga, but one can start with any form of yoga and progress to heated yoga and more active forms of yoga.

In complement to hot yoga the use of a mini-trampoline for rebounding is also a very powerful way to generate lymphatic movement. This occurs from the internal g-force which results from the rapid vertical acceleration and deceleration which influences the contraction of many internal muscles and the initiates the flow of extra-cellular fluids into the lymphatic system. As little as 10 minutes per day of jumping on a trampoline can give helpful assistance to our body and health and this can be maximized with regular commitment to aerobic cardio form of exercise. Cardio forms of exercise also generate lymphatic movement; the best being low-impact, persistent hopping like jumping rope and then full body low-impact movements like swimming, boxing, rowing and using the elliptical machine.

damaged intestinal villi, leaky gut and congested intestines
The way we take care of our small intestine is of powerful influence to our overall health. The small intestine is capable of transforming food and drink into red blood cells when it is functioning at a high level; and this is only possible when the micro-villi which line the 7,000+ square feet of surface area within it are functioning properly.

The micro-villi of the small intestine are like carpet fibers and they are in charge of adsorbing the electrical energy potential from ingested food and drink, absorbing essential fats and amino acids but they are quite delicate. They are very small and can be damaged by acidic substances, most notably gluten-filled foods and chemical additives like MSG and dyes and even preservatives.

The walls of the small intestine can also be damaged by poor, low-energy food and drink like processed foods, dairy products like all milks and cheeses and yogurts, heavily cooked foods, peanuts and repeated ingestion of alcohol or processed drink. Intestinal wall damage creates a permeability between the small intestine and the circulating blood, which means that large molecules of proteins and fats will circulate in the blood and create a reaction by the white blood cells to 'defend' the blood from these foreign, undigested molecules. The result can be a variety of issues, from swollen lymph nodes to symptoms of allergy and sensitivity; and this can all be prevented by consuming high-energy food and drink.

High energy food and drink are not signified by caloric content, but by the aforementioned vibrational and oxidation reduction potential scores. Quite simply put, the most energetic foods are green vegetables, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, sprouted nuts and seeds, green juices and cold-pressed poly-unsaturated oils/fats.

One last thing to consider for intestinal health and function is something seen almost universally among the public consuming the modern diet of processed foods and daily ingestion of meats and animal products; congestion of the intestines. We have around 30 feet in length of intestines and the animal products only digest at best I must add at about a 50% efficiency. This means that half of this consumed matter must be eliminated via the large intestine.

But, these people who regularly consume animal foods use a great deal of their electrical energy potential to digest these foods (these use a great deal of energy for digestion) and adjust to the acidic residue they leave in the blood (these foods are quite acidic) so they do not have the necessary energy to move these foods completely through the bowels. This means that the average person has about 10 pounds of undigested matter sitting within their bowels! Much of it is in the 20 feet of the illeum section of the large intestine, and this needs moved through the illeo-cecal valve which separates the small and large intestines and up the ascending colon then across the transverse colon and finally down the descending colon.

Eliminating this undigested matter clearly requires a great deal of energy, which to me means that it requires a patient, well-designed approach. First, is the replacement of a diet built around animal foods, processed foods and drinks with a diet built around the previously described diet of high-energy foods. Second is the infusion of minerals to loosen the smooth musculature of the intestines and encourage movement; this is essential for eliminating the compacted 'stool' formed by the 5-10 pounds most people have in their gut.

Following the use of minerals like magnesium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate and even vitamin-c to loosen the intestines, one can facilitate movement with extra water and extra fiber. At least 6 Liters of water per day and 20 grams of supplemental fiber will do much to get you moving properly; it may take a few days to regulate so expect unusual bowel movements and such. But with commitment to facilitating elimination via the colon for about 5-10 days one will take a big step to de-congesting their intestines. This has to be accompanied by high-energy foods and drinks and can be followed by supplementation with amino acids like glutamine and arginine which have been shown to be influential in re-growth of intestinal tissue, which takes place twice weekly; so you can greatly improve your intestinal health and function in as short as 3 weeks.

free radical damage and inflammation
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in men and women in the United States. Not only is it a killer, but it begins early and progresses unnoticed for decades. There have been cadaver studies of young people who perished in war at a young age and they were found to have significant progression of heart disease as noted by the scientists; narrowed and hardened arteries at the ages of 18-25. Enough to diagnose 'heart disease' many of the research scientists noted.

Heart disease is a deadly disease that starts young and it is becoming conventionally noted that the narrowing and hardening of arteries is actually the progression of patterns initiated by free radical damage and inflammation of the arteries. Free radical damage and inflammation are the result of acidic substances including harmful hormones known as pro-inflammatory prostaglandins circulating in the blood. These acidic substances are generally the result of stressful thinking and poor dietary choices; the conventionally noted causes of heart disease.

So, one can address this with the employment of a diet void of foods which produce a significant amount of acidic substance within the blood including meats, dairy, eggs, sugars, flours, cooked nuts and seeds, fried foods, soda's, coffee and wheat foods like cereal, granola and bread. The nutrition will be received from green vegetables, low-sugar fruits, nearly all vegetables, sprouted nuts and seeds, cold-pressed oils, fish, ancient whole grains like quinoa, brown rice and buckwheat with only occasional indulgence to foods which promote free radical damage and inflammation.

In addition to nutrition, one should maintain consistent exercise balanced between cardio, flexibility training (like stretching and yoga) and especially resistance training which has been shown to be especially effective in building new blood vessells and opening capillaries to encourage more blood flow. This can also supplemented with use of fish oil to prevent the formation of the pro-inflammatory prostaglandin hormones and even using the amino acid arginine which has been shown to open blood vessells.

Summary
The physical ailments of insufficient alkaline buffering glands, mineral scavenging, red blood cell coagulation, lymphatic sluggishness, damaged intestinal vill, leaky gut, congested intestines, free radical damage and inflammation are underlying conditions to most causes of death and poor quality of life in the United States. They are all within your control and they can all be addressed with a more holistic approach to your lifestyle which will guide you into making better choices with less stress and difficulty.

When you become self-empowered and believe in what you're doing as more than just a 'diet' or short-term try for health you will make better choices with ease and confidence. Next thing you will be meditating once a day, employing a personal trainer, seeing a more integrated physician and experiencing sustainable energy, emotional stability and meaningful happiness on a daily basis.

I am so grateful to share with you my knowledge of the human body and the causes and conditions which impact and characterize it. I hope this is your first step in claiming your vitality and becoming fully self-empowered. The Holistic Approach

by Sam Suska

Everything is connected, not only within us between our mind, body and spirit but between us and our surroundings. We are connected to nature and we all know that the earth and sun support human life by providing us with energy. The sun provides electrical energy to the earth which grasps this electrical energy and harnesses it within all of it's matter. All matter is 99% electrical energy; sub-atomic particles with electrical charges 'hold' together all units of matter. This also means that the human body is 99% electrical energy, electrical energy which is also used for all of it's operations ranging from internal metabolism to external movements. Thus, our human body needs a constant supply of electrical energy; which is readily available for us in the air, sunlight, food and liquid.

We have been given the power of free will by some sort of 'higher power' which, in combination with society and government allow us to make choices in how we obtain the necessary constant supply of electrical energy. The free will and basic freedom to regulalrly make whatever choices we desire has enabled our human race to investigate ourselves, our whole 'being'. The human body clearly needs, better said that it desires electrical energy, but how does the body make the choices in fulifilling this basic need?

This may seem like a routine question, but the answer is quite intricate. Many of us naturally answer the question with "our brain makes the choice"; and this may be an accurate answer, but this is only scrathches the tip of the iceberg. The brain appears to physcially operate for the mind, which is the essential consciousness that makes us humans 'intelligent lifeforms'. The mind does not have to be entirely housed within the brain, as conventional science generally assumes. It is entirely possible that living creatures, and humans specifically are constructed by matter with an 'innate intelligence'.

After all, it was only 30 years ago that a nobel prize winning physicist explained and documented that all matter is, in fact 99% electrical energy. If matter is 99% electrical energy, why can't living matter have an 'innate intelligence' within it? Seeking the answer to this question led me back 150 years to a scientist who suggested that all living things are constructed by intelligent anatomical elements that are indestructible and bacteria in nature. He proposed that this 'innate intelligence' was so small that the living cell was formed by this and influenced by this.

Conventional science generally backs the theory that living cells are built from, evolved from bacteria. Conventional science also backs the theory that living cells are indestructible as a basic physical law is that "all matter cannot be created nor destroyed, ONLY transformed". This man, Dr. Antone Bechamp, also theorized that this 'innate intelligence' has the ability to influence the form and function of the living cell. Conventional science, when interpretted with this in mind, also backs this thought; as evidenced by a rippening banana increasing it's sugar content. The sugar is not from some external source, increased sugar content of the banana is from the internal transformation of matter.

Upon realizing that this 'innate intelligence' is so powerful that it has the ability to transform living cells can we accept that this 'innate intelligence' lives within the human body, in all of it's cells which make up the tissues and organs. The 'innate intelligence' within human 'beings' is so inherently influential that the human mind is actualy found, at least in part in each and every cell and collecting in the organs. Each individual organ within the human body houses an aspect of the human sub-consciousness which is always interacting with the aspect of human 'being' which consciously operates the human body, called the mind. The connection between mind, body and spirit is not just deep but they are really the one and same; it is only for our human understanding do we separate these intimately intertwined aspects.

Each individual organ houses an aspect of the emotion and the personality, which interact with each other governed by a 'sub-conscious' emperor that influences the consciousness; but all of this influences, better yet takes place within the body. This explains why thoughts, feelings and emotions are the confounding factors of conventional science attempting to explain disease and the factors affecting this; but we are here to learn about proper function and health of the whole 'being' consisting of mind, body and spirit.

Conventional science repeatedly points to "stress" as a factor it cannot fully explain when analyzing disease and malfunction of the human body. This vital factor becomes easier to understand and possibly even explain when we recognize that our body is built with cells that have an 'innate intelligence' within them which harbors our emotions and personality when they group together and build our organs. The 'innate intelligence' is electrical energy by nature and flows between the internal organs by multiple pathways, within the blood and within a more esoteric circuitry as described by Chinese Medicine. The mind operates at the conscious level within the brain and receives signals from the sub-conscious through the blood and by the nervous system and the circuitry known as the Chinese Meridian System.

When our emotions 'take control' of us and impact our thought process, or simply promote "over-thinking" our physical health is damaged. Affection resides in the heart, sadness resides in the lungs, fear is in the kidneys, anger within the liver and worry is held within the digestive organs. When any one of these emotions becomes prominent or 'takes over' our thinking it directly restricts the electrical energy flow between the internal organs, their connection to the concious mind which is in the brain while also direclty inhibiting the function of the noted organ. Our thoughts, feelings and emotions directly impact our internal flow of electrical enrgy.

Electrical energy operates our physical, mental and even spiritual entities; our deeply connected aspects are built from electrical energy and communicate, actually connect with electrical energy. Thoughts, feelings and emotions clearly affect the body to a noteworthy degree therefore it is not too much of a stretch to accept that one's thoughts, feelings and emotions absolutely determine the physical health, feeling and function of the human body as a whole. The ability of the human body to function properly and reach persistent health is entirely dependent on the thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Thoughts, feelings and emotions not only dictate the electrical energy flow within the human body; these factors consciously make the choices in fulfilling the electrical energy desire of the human 'being'. The electrical energy need of the human 'being' can be fulfilled by a combination of breathing, eating, drinking and moving into sunlight. The most basic human need is electrical energy which is obtained with and/or within oxygen, water, food and sunlight; but to varying degrees based on the sources and manners of fulfillment.

For example, highly processed foods ALWAYS have less electrical energy potential than unprocessed foods grown directly from the earth. Similarly, a short and shallow breath will ALWAYS provide less oxygen to the body, for vital use in building the blood, than a long and deep breath. The choices do not end there, but they also include the actual process of thinking we consciously employ to evaluate the emotions and feelings we interpret from our 'innate intelligence' within our whole body. This is choosing HOW to think, not necessarily choosing what to immediately think; though 'rational thinking' will, in time, form what you regularly think of.

These choices also extend to bodily posture and movement; how we hold our body and how we move it or IF we move it are also direct choices or the sum of indirect choices. How we choose to consume the already chosen food and drink can also greatly impact the human body; after all chewing is the most important method of breaking down matter we call food. Heck, we choose when to sleep and the sum of our choices determines HOW we sleep; yes our choices are that influential. Our health is the sum of our choices.

This presents the all-important question; what is at the root of and what forms our choices? The underlying philosophy behind our choices and the process that helps us make them is the most basic causative factor in HEALTH. Our approach to life as a whole determines our thoughts, feelings and emotions which determines the internal flow of electrical energy and fulfillment of electrical energy in the first place.

Thus, a well-intended holistic approach focused on adequately fulfilling the basic human need of electrical energy for proper function of the whole 'being' is the most powerful and direct way to create HEALTH. This approach to life is built with deeply meaningful intentions that have the profound potential to alter one's emotions and feelings while employing a conscious thought process that is rational by nature seeking to promote the best interest of the individual, the group of people around him or her and the surrounding natural environment which enables our existence. The holistic approach can alter and "improve" your intentions which comes with the useful side-effects of lasting energy, bodily health, stable emotions, peace of mind and deeply meaningful happiness!

My Personal Story

by Sam Suska

My personal story is not about weight loss, looking better, becoming insightful or increasing marketability. My personal story is noteworthy and somewhat remarkable because of the wisdom I have gathered from the process which facilitated these distinct changes in my appearance and mindset. My story is only mildly interesting, but it can be incredibly meaningful to other people who desire to change and improve their life, their health, their emotional stability and reach sustained happiness.

Many years ago I personally started changing my lifestyle so I could help my mother and become a boxing champion. My intentions were split between giving meaningful help to someone I love and pleasing my own 'ego' in a new way; after all I just wanted to use a better lifestyle as a means to help my mom with her heart disease AND help me stabilize my weight so I could prove I was the toughest man in the world.

At the time I was practicing a lifestyle of excessive consumption and mindless choices built from a general sense of self-centeredness. All I knew was that my mother and I should eat less and exercise more in order to lose weight; sounds like most Americans. So, we immediately set forth and had some success with reaching these simple goals, but I knew there was more to it than just simple dedication and commitment. I was sure those characteristics were important , but I knew from talking to others and reading bodybuilding magazines there was more to weight-loss than just "calories in-calories out" calculations.

So, I began my first lifestyle change; I ate less carbs and started doing more cardio type of exercise. I passed this on to my mother, who was ready and able to eat less carbs but unable to exercise due to her poor condition. I replaced carbs with meat, lots of meat including Spam, breakfast sausages and the staple of chicken breast. I lost maybe 30 pounds and my mother experienced some notable weight loss as well, but we were not much healthier in any real way; we just weighed less.

My research progressed from reading the "Atkins diet" books to 'cutting-edge' bodybuilder diets. So, I altered my approach and focused on the nutrients found within certain foods; meaning that I ate a lot of protein, some carbs and largely avoided fat. My mother and I continued to lose weight, but more importantly I got more motivated to research health and lifestyle. I returned to college in order to complete my bachelor's degree, this time in what I found to be the most influential factor in health; nutrition.

My informal research progressed beyond the narrow-minded diets and into conventional "healthy" diets and my personal lifestyle reflected this. At the same time my commitment to boxing began to improve as I was finding out it was harder than I thought to prove I was the toughest man in the world. So, in addition to my daily serving of intense exercise I built a diet of so-called "healthy" foods like low-fat chicken salads, whole grain breads, natural granola, low-fat ground beef, lactose-free skim milk and low-fat cheeses, fruits and fruit juices and even protein bars and sugar-free energy drinks. If only I knew what I know now, SORRY mom.

My mother's weight loss stagnated, I was getting sick regularly and got to the point where I really had to manipulate my diet for narrow-minded results like quick weight loss. My informal research lead me to Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Dean Ornish and other integrated physicians who went a step beyond what I was learning in conventional nutrition study. It was becoming clear that the nutrition information in my formal studies was inadequate, and I needed to get out of the conventional nutrition mindset in order to further help my mother, myself and have a career in giving others real help. So, I changed majors from nutrition to exercise science, which was also the study of a 'lifestyle science' and kept me in the field of helping other people.

Formal study of exercise helped me assemble a more balanced and overall helpful exercise program for myself and start my mother on a similar exercise plan. My body began to regulate as I personally stepped back a little from over-training, but more importantly I began eating more whole foods and less processed foods. In addition to reading about health and nutrition I even listened to health professionals on the radio; my approach to life was shifting.

I adjusted the way I personally approached food and exercise, and passed this on to my mother and even began helping other people do the same. I became committed to thoroughly researching the 'lifestyle sciences' and use my knowledge to help other people; after helping myself first. After reading the works of Gary Taubes and Michael Pollan I began to seriously question conventionally-inspired health knowledge and seek more well-rounded information. Thus I discovered natural, 'holistic', alternative and Eastern approaches to health, diet, exercise and the previously overlooked aspect of stress relief.

Personal enlightenment began taking place as I began eating more vegetables and less animals with a daily focus on preventing and relieving stress. I committed to personally employing the valuable information I gained from natural health focused chiropractor Dr. James Winer, integrated physician, acupuncturist and chiropractor Dr. Noah Gallagher and noted psychiatrist Dr. Aldo Pucci. Following personal experience I guided my mother into eating even more vegetables while preventing stress and relieving herself of it.

I no longer ate the chicken salad, the low-fat processed foods, whole grain and whole breads and bread-like products, no more milk and certainly no cheese (it's 20x concentrated Milk!). I really committed to whole foods and vegetables, especially green vegetables. This was a process and it was tough at times, but the rewards are worth it; I no longer desire the processed foods, the breads, the meats, the milk; they are just outside of my value-system and outside of my healthy intentions.

I was personally taking control of not just my bodily health, but my emotions and peace of mind with the newfound focus on stress prevention and relief. I committed to the 'rational thought process' suggested by Dr. Aldo Pucci in order to prevent stress, employed some Eastern health philosophies like Qigong and Yoga to relieve stress and took my nutritional research and philosophical research to the next level; all while completing my formal education in Exercise Science.

During this time I became a self-empowered individual with the ability to meaningfully inspire others; most important to me personally was my mother who remarkably removed herself from upwards of 12 prescription drugs while dropping around 40 pounds. My informal research of the 'lifestyle sciences' brought me to the profound works of Dr. Robert Young and Dr. Wayne Dyer while my formal studies took me into Chinese Medicine graduate work.

It was the process of personal self-empowerment which enabled my non-stop consumption of 'lifestyle science' information (over 275 books and thousands of hours), continually help myself and my mother while forming a structured approach to helping other people. I have formed a unique and potentially profound 'holistic' health perspective designed to significantly help people improve bodily health and emotional management while reaching a state of meaningful happiness.

I have assembled my personal reflections from the aforementioned years of practical experience and countless hours of informal research and formal studies into useful guidebook entitled "Holistic Intelligence: The Key to Bodily Health, Emotional Management, Inner Happiness and Peace of Mind".

The ever increasing, lasting improvements of mind and body I have made are the result of fundamental changes of the philosophy in which I approach life. I have gathered that the most influential factor in health, emotions and happiness is the intentions with which we approach our lifestyle. By approaching life with meaningful intentions designed to promote a positive state of mind, natural functioning of the human body while also helping those around us and the world which supports us we become self-empowered.

Self-empowerment is a process, not an event and my book takes you through this meaningful transition to living with "deeper" meaning and selfless, well-rounded and overall beneficial intentions to you, those around you and the earth you walk on.My book and my writings are built with a 'holistic'-minded philosophy which can be applied to life with my suggested 'holistic lifestyle'; the philosophy addresses intentions and the practical lifestyle is guidance in making coherent, rational choices on a daily basis.

My hope is that everyone who reads my work or has interaction with me is inspired to make fundamental changes in their approach to life, no matter how small they may be. Applying depth and finding personal meaning in life is not always easy and many people are not ready to make these changes at present time, but if I can plant a seed then I can find my personal fulfillment.

Please read the articles here in my blog (feel free to contact me via e-mail for more information) and hopefully you will be inspired to make some changes in your underlying approach to life which will be expressed by improved choices in your lifestyle.

While adding depth and meaning to your life can be started by connecting nature to your body (http://truehealthservices.blogspot.com/2011/05/our-physical-potential.html), realizing a goal like fat-loss with a holistic approach (http://truehealthservices.blogspot.com/2011/06/fat-loss-inhibitors.html) or simply making sense of my underlying theory (http://truehealthservices.blogspot.com/2011/07/my-theory.html). Please check out my work, feel free to let me know what you think and hopefully a seed is planted, or better yet a 'holistic lifestyle' has been initiated. Best wishes and with love, Sam Suska.

Basic Steps to Improve Your Nutrition

by Sam Suska

1. Drink more Water!
Keep water by your side all day, buy a few 1 liter water bottles and sip them throughout the day. Drink a total of at least 3 liters per day. The more intimidating this sounds to you, the more you need it. If you are over 185 pounds you need 4 liters and if you're over 200 pounds you need more like 5 liters per day. Water has been shown to increase metabolism, heck we are over 60% water by composition. So drink a lot of water!

2. Use Sea Salt!
Do not use table salt and minimize the processed foods which contain this crappy form of salt. All salt is not equal, but salt is vital to every single operation of the human body so quality salt is essential for health. Add a total of 2 teaspoons of this pure salt to your foods throughout the day and if you are larger than 185 pounds use at least 3 teaspoons.

3. Eat more Green Vegetables!
Green vegetables are the most nutrient-dense foods known to man. Full of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants and protein these are "perfect" foods. I will even include avocados in this group as well, so eat lots of avocados, spinach, kale, broccoli, green beans, zucchini, spring garden mixes and many more green veggies with as many meals as possible. Heck, start building your meals around these nutrient packed foods and you will be taking a huge step towards a full 'holistic nutrition' plan which is designed to improve your health and supply lots of energy and nutrients.

4. Eat more Quality Fats!
Every cell in our body is built with fats, in fact our brain is over 60% Omega-3 fats. We have essential needs for fat in our diet, and the body prefers to us fat as fuel because it is a much cleaner form than carbohydrates. So, we can use Olive Oil and Coconut Oil to cook with, we can easily add Flaxseed Oil and Hempseed Oil to salads or veggies and finally eat a small meal of nuts or seeds like Almonds and Pumpkin seeds. Only avoid low-quality fats like butter, canola oil, vegetable oil, cheeses and cooked meats.

5. Replace the worst types of Food, but don't Stress too much!
Dairy products, sweets and deserts in general and starchy foods like breads (all of them), white rice, pasta, granola and cereals are among the worst choices we can make in our nutrition. So, rather than strictly avoiding these processed foods I recommend to replace them with the aforementioned green vegetables, fat sources like oils, nuts and seeds with Sea Salt and a superfluous amount of Water.

In time your possible desire for and dependence on these foods will subsist and you can rather easily make the most vital step to permanently improving your nutrition by improving your intentions with food.

When you begin to choose your foods with the intention of providing yourself with quality fuel and ample nutrients you are taking a monumental step in self-empowerment. We all have the ability to take control of the factors which determine how we feel, think, sleep and even our health issues and improving nutrition is essential for self-empowerment.

So, focus on improving the foods you do eat and don't stress out too much about avoiding poor food choices. Improving your nutrition is a process, not an event. I have personally been through all of the potential "setbacks" and persevered because I have adjusted the intention I use to choose and go about eating foods. So, I choose foods with the intention of giving myself the proper fuel and full of nutrients and then take my time eating these foods once I express gratitude for their availability.

I use patience, positivity and persistence; every day is not a challenge but a chance to take a small step forward by eating more green veggies, more quality fats and more water and with ample Sea Salt. When I choose a food or drink with the intention only to please my taste buds or satisfy some sort of "want" I enjoy it and move forward beginning with my next meal; I am confident this is not a trend, simply an occurrence.

I choose foods that are dense with nutrients and supply me with all the energy I need to operate at a high level. I do not consider foods from the American perspective of macro-nutrient evaluation which reduces foods down to their components; protein, carbohydrates and fats. I personally get asked about carbs a lot so good carbohydrate options are vegetables including asparagus, beets, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, green beans, green peppers, spinach, kale lettuce, okra, onions, garlic, parsley, radishes, and squash.

After this I get asked about protein. I always consider health above all and animal foods provide more protein than is required by the human body. Our bodies are only 7 % protein. In contrast to cow’s milk, which is protein rich, human mother’s milk is only 5% protein (i.e., better suited to the body’s protein requirements). In addition, animal protein foods often contribute factors to the body, which are unneeded and then represent a challenge to dispose of (e.g., saturated fats). So, for protein I recommend almonds, avocados, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, tahini, all of the dark green and leafy vegetables like spinach and there are also vegan protein supplements made from hemp, brown rice and even peas. I do not recommend soy in any form, as I believe it is overly stressful on the body and much of it is GMO which means it has man-made chemicals within it's DNA

.
How about fat? I get asked this all the time and I always tell people to eat a lot of fat; in fact
the diet I personally use and recommend is fat-based. Regular servings of oils like olive, coconut, hemp, walnut, avocado, sesame seed and even fish oil by supplementation are staples of my diet. I also eat a meal or two of seeds like sunflower or pumpkin or nuts like almonds or pistachios every day. Fat is the cleanest source of fuel for the body and composes every cell in our body and is over 60% of our brain and all of our skin.

Please enjoy this rewarding approach to nutrition, built from intention. By adjusting to a lifestyle of intention for supplying fuel and nutrients with your food, you can make profound changes in a your health, happiness and peace of mind like I personally have and also helped countless others make.

My Theory

by Sam Suska

My theory, like nearly all theories begins with the acceptance of other theories. I formed my theory upon accepting the basic scientific belief that everything has a cause. I then applied this cause-effect thesis to my investigation of human 'beings'; of which I approached my observation and evaluation from a 'holistic' point of view. My approach is built with a foundational belief that the person is more than just a human organism. I am confident that human 'beings' are composed of mind, matter and spirit which operate together and form our physical entity.

Thus, I theorize that everything occurring within the human organism and the 'being' as a whole has a cause; this includes the mental acuity, physical energy and bodily function experienced day in and day out. I further theorize that human 'beings' have the profound ability to address the causes of what happens within their 'being'; mind, body and spirit. It is within our power to fulfill our physical, mental and emotional potential if we address the underlying causes of these characteristics with a rationally determined and practically structured approach.

Unfortunately it has become commonplace for people to believe that bodily health, mental and physical energy, and even feelings, emotional stability, peace of mind and ability to sustain happiness (I call this 'contentment') are largely out of their control. This means that most people tend to give up responsibility for one, some and sadly in many cases they feel powerless over all of these valuable characteristics; meaningful characteristics which I believe are direct reflections of the degree of harmony between one's mind, body and spirit. Furthermore, many people do not accept that we have a spiritual presence; and if they do, they lack a uniform definition of the spirit. So, I will quickly summarize the spiritual essence as the sub-conscious entity of the mind.

At this point, you are beginning to accept the cause-effect nature within the whole 'being'; not just the human organism and conscious mind but also the spiritual element (after having accepted a spiritual presence that is). Of vital importance is that people accept the power they have over their bodily health and energy, mental sharpness, feelings and emotional stability. Taking the step towards self-empowerment is the process I take readers through in my book; I affectionately call this 'The Stages of Self-Empowerment'.

I believe that promoting the 'ideal states' of mind, body and spirit generates harmony between the aspects of 'being' and gives an individual power over their health, energy, general feeling and emotional stability. The mind, body and spirit when readily holding their 'ideal states' will form a powerful bond and connection which creates the harmonious existence necessary for a person to reach their ultimate potential. The human organism will, in time experience vitality, sustainable mental and physical energy when the 'ideal states' hold equilibrium for a significant time frame. It is the 'holistic equilibrium' which enables emotional stability, peace of mind, contentment and even heightened performance, production and heightened ability to feel and express love while regularly providing meaningful help to others.

This means that I believe the strength of connection and bond between one's mind, body and spirit have profound meaning the result of powerful influence. Harmony or imbalance are the direct reflection of how readily the mind, body and spirit maintain their 'ideal states'. And this management of physical, conscious and subconcious states are ultimately the product of our intentions and choices.

I believe the physical entity, conscious and subconscious operations are not only highly interactive with each other, but they are, in large part one and same. I define and describe the so-called 'ideal state' of each aspect of 'being' because it is easiest to classify and explain in this manner; but the truth is that everything within us isn't just connected, it is all one and same.

I theorize and describe the conscious mind as flowing within blood, physically operated by the brain. I observe the spiritual entity as the electrical forces physically bonding our matter and forming cells, tissues and organs; the spiritual aspect is an 'innate intelligence' I believe. Quite simply, I proclaim that the human organism is constructed by 'innate intelligence' and largely dependent on 'holistic intelligence'.

'Holistic intelligence' is the ability one has to maintain equilibrium within their mind, body and spirit and form harmony within one's whole 'being'. Equilibrium is dependent on the ability to maintain ideal states of mind, body and spirit have a multitude of 'homeostatic mechanisms' designed to promote or restore equilibrium within the whole 'being'. The efficiency of an individual's 'homeostatic mechanisms' plays a great role in the ultimate harmony or imbalance within the whole ultimately expressed by levels of sustainable energy, bodily function, emotional stability, etc. The key here is that the 'homeostatic mechanisms' are dictated by one's lifestyle choices; choices in how they perform and fulfill the 'basic functions'.

'Holistic Intelligence' plays an essential role in assisting the 'homeostatic mechanisms', but it's most prominent role is in the approach one takes to life and makes lifestyle choices. Lifestyle choices made in regards to the 'basic functions' largely determines whether or not 'homeostatic mechanisms' are ever initiated, which of these regulators (mostly taking place specifically within the body, which clearly impacts the states of mind and spirit) is applied and even how abrupt and powerful the impact is. The 'basic functions' are the actions and behaviors which enable and preserve the human organism include breathing, thinking, choosing, moving, eating, drinking, eliminating, sleeping, grooming and socializing.

It is the manners and sources we use to promote and fulfill the 'basic functions' that directly dictate use of 'homeostatic mechanisms' and significantly affect the state of mind, body and spirit (based on strength/efficiency of the 'homeostatic mechanisms'). If a person makes 'poor choices' (I categorize as 'negative stressors' when structuring the suggested lifestyle) this compromises equilibrium in many ways, directly by the efficiency of the 'homeostatic mechanisms'.

The lifestyle choices have potential to form harmony or sadly create imbalance which is expressed by patterns we identify as illness, disease, sickness, unclear thinking, emotional instability, inner conflict, insecurity, depression, anxiety and in genetically strong or younger individuals it will inhibit the ultimate fulfilling of mental, emotional and physical potential.

The choices one makes in how they perform and what they use to fulfill the 'basic functions' is actually the direct expression of intention the person approaches their entire life with. When one approaches their lifestyle with the intention to promote harmony and 'holistic connection' by making choices which promote the 'ideal states' of mind, body and spirit they are displaying self-empowerment. The self-empowered choices are classified in my structured lifestyle as 'optimal choices' with 'holistic intentions' and referred to as 'positive stressors' due to my finding that they have an overall benefit to the whole 'being' (by promoting the 'ideal states').

When a person does not intend to promote their 'holistic connection' by preserving the 'ideal state' of either mind, body or spirit they are simply making 'poor choices'. The approach to life with 'non-holistic intentions' takes power away from the individual by disturbing equilibrium and initiating the 'homeostatic mechanisms', possibly leading to and forming patterns, potentially destructive, debilitating and physically degenerating patterns which can easily get out of hand and form the undesirable expressions like bodily symptoms, chronic diseases or so-called low-grade psychological issues like anxiety or depression.

My theory is that the intention one approaches life with is the deepest underlying factor in physical health and sustainable energy, mental acuity, rationality of feelings (rational!), emotional stability and whether or not one can ultimately experience peace of mind and contentment. I further believe that if one approaches life with the intention to promote their own 'holistic connection' and promote harmony they will tend to make choices which preserve the 'ideal states' of mind, body and spirit which, in time will improve sustainable mental and physical energy, possibly help physical issues and significantly affect emotional management, peace of mind and feeling of contentment.

I have written a book entitled "Holistic Intelligence: The Key to Physical Energy, Emotional Stability and Peace of Mind" which gives the reader a thorough explanation of my theory here complete with a basic guide to begin implementing the practically structured lifestyle I call 'holistic self-care'. I like to believe that my well-formulated approach to life can help anyone regardless of their present condition improve the way they feel in both mind and body by simply applying some 'holistic intentions' to their lifestyle.

My theory is built from my overall web of theories which is/are the result(s) of years of research (here are some of the books I have devoured and determine to be helpful: http://truehealthservices.blogspot.com/2011/06/bibliography-of-true-health-with.html) , personal experimentation (I would never suggest something w/o doing it myself) and professional experience helping others institute 'holistic self-care' in various degrees and manners.

The lifestyle of 'holistic self-care' is rather practical and can even be individualized to put a peson in position for long-term success. On a day-to-day basis this includes making primarily 'optimal choices' in the manners and sources used to perform and fulfill the 'basic functions'. In my book I teach the reader how to evaluate the many options available to satisfy the 'basic functions' with a cost/benefit analysis. This cost/benefit analysis enables one to determine whether or not a choice is a 'positive stressor' or 'negative stressor' on their whole 'being'.

After my years of experience with 'holistic self-care' (both personally and professionally) I have concluded that the deepest underlying factor in whether or not one consistently makes 'optimal choices' is their intentions. This points to the importance of not only understanding my theory but accepting it and initiating the process of applying 'holistic intentions' to your life. 'Holistic intentions' and the 'holistic self-care' lifestyle built from these can and will help you improve yourself in a meaningful way regardless of present condition or reason for consideration. Please e-mail me at truehealthservices@gmail.com with any questions or comments regarding virtually anything related to my theory, my suggested lifestyle or the resulting guidebook I am presently completing.

Meat and Dairy? Are you sure?

by Sam Suska

Meat and dairy consumption take an incredible economic toll on the United States. This occurs directly by the $40 billion in subsidies given to the farmers to keep prices low and then indirectly from a portion of the incredible $2.5+ trillion spent annually on healthcare. Now, not all of the healthcare costs are directly related to meat and dairy consumption, but much of this cost is. Keep in mind that the majority of the healthcare costs are related to the management of chronic disease; chronic disease related to poor diets heavily based on meat and dairy.

Here are 10 reasons to re-think the consumption of meat and dairy............

1. According to a great number of large, well-designed population studies it has become obvious that as meat and dairy consumption increases within a group of people their likelihood of developing chronic diseases increases. That is, if a group of people eats about 10% more meat and dairy they tend to develop about 10% more chronic disease. The China Study is clearly the most notable, but many more have found this general connection between meat and dairy consumption with poor health.

2. By contrast the healthiest groups of people had plant-based diets high in nutrients like Omega-3 fats and fiber while low in overall protein and most of them were low to very low in meat and dairy types of food. There tends to be a direct correlation as well; if a group eats 20% more plants they develop 20% less disease. When a person consumes meat and dairy a person they are also missing out on the chance to consume more plants, more Omega-3 fats and more fiber while eating more protein than healthy populations have been shown to eat.
3. The amount of protein in a groups diet was the focal point of many of these studies, and this makes sense as more protein almost always equaled more chronic disease. Protein composes about 7% of the entire human body, yet tends to make up over 40% of the calories for many misguided Americans. The human body doesn't need protein to operate; the body needs amino acids, which make up proteins, to function adequately. How does one figure out how much protein they need?
There is no rational way to figure out just how much protein a person needs, but by following the design of the human body (which is 7% protein by composition) and researching the healthiest populations (which tend to have about 5-12% protein of total calories) we can get a solid idea of what we need for daily protein intake. Exercise can also be factored in to our computing of just how much protein to consume; as the more active someone is, the more protein they may need.
At most, 20% of one's total calories should calories should come from protein and this can be found in green leafy vegetables, seeds, nuts and even fish, which is a much healthier alternative to meat and dairy. Green leafy vegetables are actually 50% protein by composition, meaning they are more protein-dense than any kind of meat. The proteins in these plant foods also tends to be incomplete, which is a GOOD thing as it makes digestion much easier and more suitable to the design of the human body.

4. Digesting meats and dairy are incredibly stressful on the body, which has a digestive system that appears to be designed for eating a plant-based diet. The human digestive system is over 30 feet long, with over 7,000 sq. feet of surface area in the small intestine to absorb the foods we have ingested. No other living creature on earth that consumes a diet with meat and dairy has a digestive system like ours.
Creatures designed to eat mostly animals have short, simple digestive systems. Ours is long, complicated and easily damaged; damage often times occurs from the complete proteins found in meat and dairy. The 7,000 sq. ft. of surface area in the small intestine is made up of tiny finger-like projections that absorb foods; but many of the protein molecules found in meat and dairy are too big for the micro-villi of the small intestine.
These large protein molecules can cause damage which initiates a mucus secretion, inflammation and can even create areas of the gut where it is permeable thus allowing these large protein molecules into the blood supply without proper absorption by the micro-villi. This is known as 'leaky-gut syndrome' and is thought to be wide-spread among the meat and dairy consuming public. 'Leaky gut syndrome' can initiate patterns that are expressed with poor immune system function, persistent allergies and chronic fatigue

5. Within the human body meat and dairy have the potential to initiate many health-damaging patterns. Many of these harmful pattern are from the metabolic acids directly produced from consuming meat and dairy; these include uric acid (think gout) and sulfuric, phosphoric and nitric acids (think osteoporosis) while dairy has lactic acid (think cancer). These acids are powerful and initiate a cascade of events the body must deal with, and as the body wears down with age the person becomes more susceptible to the chronic diseases noted here.
Uric acid has been shown to directly cause gout, while all of these acids from meat and dairy have been shown to initiate osteoclasts in the human body; these signal the break down of bones and lead to the condition of osteoporosis. Lactic acid may be worse, as it is a metabolic waste product of cellular function; we have all felt the effect of lactic acid generating in our own bodies when our muscles fatigue, tire and "burn".
In fact, lactic acid has been observed by nobel prize winner Dr. Otto Warburg as promoting the environment for cancerous cells to maintain and possibly prosper. Cancer cells have the ability to consume their own waste (lactic acid) in order to survive and possibly thrive; the same waste is generated directly in the body from dairy consumption.
Meat and dairy directly generate powerful metabolic acids in the human body which have been shown to cause serious health issues. A young, reasonably active person may not develop these issues for some time because their body has the ability to use homeostatic mechanisms to handle these powerful acids, but these mechanisms are bound to break down when they are constantly employed.

6. The homeostatic mechanisms employed by the body include the aforementioned breakdown of bones in order to obtain calcium for the blood to neutralize the acidity (lowered pH) resulting from meat and dairy consumption. Meat and dairy directly lower the blood pH in the human body, but the blood pH must stay at about 7.365 for the body to function, so a variety of homeostatic mechanisms are designed to maintain this necessary pH.
The kidneys play an important role in maintaining the blood pH by filtering the blood and removing these acids via urination. The kidneys also have the ability to generate ammonia, a powerful chemical the body uses as a 'last resort' to stabilize the blood pH. When the body is constantly given meat and dairy the kidneys become overworked; this is proven by the conventional medical finding that high-protein diets corresponds to a number of kidney disorders and diseases.

7. Dairy has been shown to directly initiate mucus secretion in the small intestine. Mucus is secreted by the body in order to protect the tissues; in this case protection from the acids within dairy. Mucus secretion may also occur within the nasal passages and possibly the lungs as well, depending on the amount of dairy consumed and the sensitivities of the individuals body. Sinus congestion and lung inflammation are often times found to be the direct result of dairy consumption.
Integrated medical physicians like Dr. Joel Furman, Dr. Mark Hyman and Dr. Noel Gallagher among many more point to dairy consumption as the cause of sinus issues for more than half of the millions suffering from this. They have each found great success by working with patients to remove dairy from their diets and found great success in reducing sinus problems and other health issues as well.

8. Meat and dairy consumption has also been shown to play a role in the development of heart disease within a population. First, there are multiple studies where researchers evaluated the dead bodies of young people, from the early teens to the mid-twenties and found that over 70% of them had significant signs of heart disease. This means that heart disease may develop for 20 years or more until people develop symptoms which signify this potentially deadly (from heart attacks) and life restricting chronic disease.
Secondly, there is the work of notable physicians like Dr. Dean Ornish and Dr. Caldwyn Esselstyn who have been significantly reversing heart disease in patients by instructing them to remove meat and dairy from their diets. If removing meat and dairy from the diet can reverse damage and patterns that have been taking place for 20-30 years then we must acknowledge that a diet rich in these types of foods is harmful and potentially disease promoting.

9. Free radical damage and inflammation of blood vessels are now conventionally pointed to as the conditions of heart disease. Free radicals promote oxidation of body tissues, which is clearly damaging and inflammation is the body's response to this pattern. Free radicals can be neutralized by substances we know of as 'antioxidants', which have become quite popular in recent years; and for good reason.
Meat and dairy have been shown to leave an acidic ash in the blood vessels upon consumption, and this ash has a low pH which directly oxidizes whatever tissues it comes in contact with (blood vessels). So, the more meat and dairy one eats the more free radicals their body is exposed to and the more antioxidants required by the body to neutralize these harmful substances. Antioxidants are dense in plant foods and even fish, but are low and in some cases completely absent in meat and dairy foods.
Furthermore, the process of inflammation is also initiated in the blood vessels from the meat and dairy which leave the acidic ash within blood vessels. The inflammation process is generated by a fatty acid called arichidonic acid which is a result of consuming meat, dairy and poor types of fat (among others). Meat and dairy consumption generate arachidonic acid in the body which then initiates the hormones that signal the inflammation process.
The inflammation process is like free radicals, this can be neutralized; in this case by Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fats can be found in fish and fish oil, organic oils like hemp and flaxseed, nuts like walnuts and even many types of seeds; but they are low to non-existent in the meat and dairy foods consumed by much of the public.
So, meat and dairy consumption causes free radicals (which lead to damage if not neutralized by antioxidants) and leads to inflammation (if not balanced by Omega-3's). Free radical damage and inflammation are shown to be the underlying conditions of heart disease by conventional medical research. So, by eating meat and dairy one is not only promoting heart disease but also likely not consuming enough antioxidants and Omega-3's to neutralize and balance the potentially harmful substances.

10. Meat and dairy probably cause significantly more free radicals and inflammatory effects in the body due to the lives of the animals which make these foods. First off the animals eat diets they are not suited to, rich in soy, wheat and corn that are made possible from the $40 billion in government subsidies used to keep meat and dairy production affordable.
The cows, chickens and pigs developed for thousands of years from eating diets that never included soy, wheat and dairy; so it should come as no surprise that when these animals are only fed these foods they become terribly unhealthy. The poor health of these farm animals is signified by the incredible amount of antibiotics that are used to keep them alive; over 50% of all antibiotics in the U.S are given to farm animals!
In addition to the incredible amount of prescription drugs used on farm animals is the actual hormones given to them in order to 'fatten' them up and make them bigger. Estrogen and estrogen-promoting hormones are given to the farm animals in significant amounts and they have been shown to pass into the human body upon consumption of dairy foods specifically, especially in cheese which is a super-concentrated form (20x) of dairy.
So, if you want nice doses of antibiotics and estrogen then consume meat and dairy in your regular diet. Humans have been eating animals for thousands of years, but we have never consumed this much and from animals living in large-scale farms that ate incompatible diets and used drugs and hormones to stay alive and get fat. Furthermore, dairy is a new thing to humans; after all our ancestors probably never sucked on a cow or goat's nipple.
Would you suck on the nipple of a cow or goat? Humans are the only species who consume the milk from another species; milk that is intended for baby cows and baby goats! We should be drink mother's milk until we are a few years old and our mother no longer produces it, then we stop and grow up; it's that simple.

The next time you make the choice of eating meat and/or dairy keep in mind there is nothing healthy about eating these types of food. You are eating these foods for taste or other seemingly egotistical reasons like promoting musculature (these large-molecule protein do promote muscle growth but at the cost of health!), alleviating stress or satisfying taste buds.

There are also plant foods rich in protein that can replace animal foods and also initiate protein synthesis in muscles to promote muscle building; and with significantly less stress than animal proteins. There are a lot of vegan protein muscle powders, made with brown rice concentrate, hemp seed concentrate, pea concentrate and a few more if you desire more protein. And if you desire milk, go ahead and try almond milk or coconut milk which are dense in 'good' fats and clearly a healthier alternative than cow milk.

There is no rational justification for eating meat and dairy; but when you do just be honest with yourself and do some of the things that can help your body cope with the stress and harm from their consumption. The first thing that can be done is to consume foods rich in antioxidants (like green plants or colorful fruits) or supplement with antioxidants like drink mixes, wheatgrass or some of the pill-forms of specific antioxidants. Next, you can supplement with fish oil or some form of Omega-3 fat in order to initiate anti-inflammation.

But most importantly you should keep the consumption of meat and dairy to special occasions and not make it a part of your regular life. And when you do, be happy and make it worthwhile but keep it in perspective. You can eat these types of foods when you you are at a nice restaurant or someone else prepares a meal for you; just don't make these foods a regular part of your life. You now know the dangers and the truth, you can begin reducing your consumption of these foods today and by doing this you will be empowering yourself and taking control of your health.
