Why We NEED a 3rd Political Party

by Sam Suska

Our society operates on a system of credit provided by banks. Actually this is better stated as: our society runs on a system of credit which is operated by a system of banks who are also the most significant influence on our government.
When the system of credit breaks down we all suffer, even those of us not in debt (there are a few of us not in debt). The majority of people are unaware of how the system of credit works and just how far-reaching the effects of this system are; the system of credit in the US largely determines the value of the dollar in your pocket, the return on your investments, the overall quality of life in the present, economic outlook and most notably the decisions made by politicians "running" the government.

Let's start by discussing the operation of these banks and from here this will begin to make sense to you and how this ties into politics. First, let us consider that banks run on money (how obvious) and nearly all money (about 95%) in existence is created as the principal and interest of loans given by these banks. The promise to repay a loan from regular people like us or domestic businesses (US businesses!) actually creates the great majority of money in the United States and really signifies the growth and function of our economy, but this system is not sustainable.

The principal + the interest = repayment (which goes on to promote this system), or agree to repay and new money is created!!! It is actually the agreement to repay that creates this money, not the actual repayment itself that creates this new money.
This means the existence of money and so-called economic growth are largely dependent on the ability of banks to issue credit to regular people and domestic businesses who simply agree to the repayment.

So, what this really means is that the principal + interest of loans always exceeds the total assets of the regular people or domestic businesses!! As a result our debt is always considerably greater than our total assets and overall actual money in the US. Money is like a figment of our imaginations. This system of illusionary money is not sustainable because debt is always exceeding money, by far in fact, and this is by design from the powers-that-be who run the powerful big central banks.

A conservative overall estimate of credit card debt for US citizens is about $2.5 trillion, and when this is added to the school loans, car loans and mortgages that nearly everyone seems to have or desires for, the numbers become intimidating; the typical individual debt of a US citizen is estimated to be over $150,000. Yes, the 300+ million Americans have, on average a 6-figure debt, which has become commonly accepted over the last 50 years and even expected by many as a means to reach the "good life" with school, car and house loans.

The "American Dream" may be more accurately depicted as "living above one's means" and this appears to fuel the economy and push the debt of not only regular people, but businesses and the government through the ceiling. The system of credit built with loans and resulting debt have facilitated unforeseen growth of the economy, but the "American Dream" is not only un-sustainable, but the regular people are now being exploited by the powers-that-be which use structure of small banks, big banks and government enforcement to maintain this destructive system.

Understanding the established power structure begins with understanding that the creation of money from loans to regular people and domestic businesses enables the entire process to take place. The loan itself is really just an exchange of promises (usually involving a 3rd party in some capacity as well). Banks have the power to create money out of thin air, and expand the economy by loaning to regular people like us.

The bank never actually buys a house or car from the official 3rd party when they issue many of their sizable loans; they come to the transaction empty-handed and have their own "inter-bank" agreements with the other banks and insurance agencies. So the buyer puts a house or car as collateral but they or the bank never actually own the house or car. It is all part of an intricate system of smaller banks, bigger banks, insurance companies and government encouragement/"enforcement" and of course lots of fictional money. The flaws of this system led to the "housing bust" and the requesting from Wall Street to be "bailed out" a few years back.

A large central bank backs these smaller banks that work with the regular people and domestic businesses to enable, maintain and of course enlarge our debt, the fictional money "supply" and the system of credit as a whole. The Federal Reserve System, which by the way is the private bank which makes money for the US (and charges the govt. interest for it) and loans it to the people and government for another small fee, is one of the main central banks for Americans. There is also the Bank of England, which is probably the most powerful central bank in the world, as it is has been operated by and funded by the infamous Rothschild banking family for around 200 years.

The great majority of money in the free market of the US (at least 95% of it) has been created by this system of creating money with loans to regular people and domestic businesses by the smaller banks who have to be 'backed' by the powerful central banks. This also means that nearly all of this created money is not 'backed' by gold, silver or any sort of commodity which represents a value to people.

The aforementioned "inter-bank" agreements are an intricate system which operates at the smaller bank level and rarely involves the actual passing of money between them; it is all about accounting, taxing, agreements to pay and of course, the necessary backing of the central banks. The central banks have this great power and influence over this entire system, and they will exercise this at time they deem necessary (like forcing the US government to "bail-out" Wall Street), which will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the world market and overall society in multiple ways.

For example, in recent years the Federal Reserve System (the private bank which loans money to us) has simply manufactured more and more money (think: inflation) to cover the un-sustainable system of debt; this is actually exploiting regular citizens like us. Money no longer represents value, money now represents debt and the US citizens have lots of debt, more debt than we even know. Debt by us regular people to banks, the powerful central banks which use this debt system to exercise power over society and the politicians that appear to "run" the government.

"Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes it's laws," quote the famous banker Mayer Anselm Rothschild, one of the most powerful humans beings in history. The central banks are operated by people like Mr. Rothschild, whose family at present time is estimated to be worth over $70 trillion dollars, but their wealth is virtually unknown/undetermined because this is the family which operates the Bank of England and sits on the boards of the Federal Reserve System and many of the most powerful global corporations (like defense contractors and food/seed processing companies).

The American government is in the control of the powers-that-be seeking to preserve the system of credit which results in regular citizens like us being exploited in multiple fashions. First, we are willingly flourishing the system where we end up in extreme debt but we also unknowingly preserve this system by electing the same type of people to government power over and over, and these people serve the powers-that-be!

There is a reason the American government is well over $50 trillion in actual debt, but this is just the beginning of the story; some bankers can estimate this to be about $600 trillion when they factor in the inflation of US money from the over-manufacturing of it by the private bank known as the Federal Reserve System.

The system of credit has used our government, exploited the regular citizens all while hiding the reality that this is not sustainable without manipulating the intricate systems between the smaller banks, making dangerous government decisions and even bringing in other outside economies as well, like China. After all, China is whom the government owes the majority of these trillions and trillions of US dollars to; and China is beginning to see that the un-sustainable system of credit is getting closer to it's inevitable collapse.

The willingness of banks to create so much money (and obvious debt) has enabled and encouraged us regular people to recklessly consume; and other countries outside of this economic system got in on this action, most notably China. So, now China is deeply tied into this system of credit as their economy is in large part based on selling products to regular US citizens and US companies while also loaning the government even more money. China has been exchanging promises with our government to preserve and attempt to even swell our economy/debt/consumption, but this is may have brought about the "beginning of the end".

The central banks, China and the top-level bankers at the smaller banks are aware of this and they are motivated to pull strings and make moves on a daily basis just to keep this system of credit from collapsing. They clearly do not want this system to collapse, as their positions of power will be altered, though not finished as they will still be in a much better position than regular citizens. These top-level bankers are working right now all over the country at places like PNC Bank, Wall Street, credit card companies, government lobbyists and at the various Federal Reserve System banks to sustain this system by preventing the inevitable collapse.

The side-effect is that we regular citizens are feeling the coming collapse by the decreasing value of our money. The purchasing power of the US dollar has decreased remarkably over just the past 3 or 4 years. Food prices, utility prices and housing prices in comparison to income and wealth have significantly decreased our standard of living. The general cost of living is up, way up, while wages have remained the same and the amount of people without any income or on government assistance are at incredible highs.

Us regular people can weather the storm and control our individual debt while hoping this system avoids collapse during our lifetime; we can prepare for the worst case scenario (complete collapse) or we can take a moderate approach. I personally recommend the moderate approach where we regular people avoid creating more debt, while not worrying too much about resolving our past debt (this system is past resolution). But that is just the start, what we really need to do at the personal level is considerably reduce our fuel use, utility bills, unnecessary consumption (this is purchasing products and possessions we don't need) all while growing more of our own food, taking better care of our health (Americans spend $250+ billion on prescription drugs per year) and inspiring others to do the same.

We also need to pass on word of how the credit system runs our society at multiple levels; as more people begin to understand that money is debt and this system of debt is un-sustainable then they may begin to take a more careful, mindful approach to life. I personally hope this will inspire people to get out of a possession-oriented lifestyle (where a loaned car and house speak for one's value) and start incorporating a more holistic-minded philosophy and approach to life as a whole which makes personal health and helping others as priorities.

Promoting our own personal health will be a good way to combat the stress of over-inflation and de-valuing of our money; in fact it can help decrease the individual debt (healthcare is truthfully our biggest domestic economy). In addition to this we can alter the present structure by electing politicians who will get the government out of it's role of serving the central banks by making dangerous decisions (like multiple wars) and encouraging regular citizens to increase debt while enforcing/creating the rules/laws that promote the system of credit as a whole.

At present moment the congress, senate and president are really in on this together, regardless of party affiliation because they are serving the powers-that-be who seek to preserve and promote the present system of credit. Keep in mind that we do not want to collapse this system but make fundamental shifts in government and society to alter the system of credit and remove us regular people from the position where we are being so incredibly exploited by the system. We regular people send our loved ones to fight in these economy-stimulating (system of credit preserving) wars while paying considerable taxes on land that we "own" all while losing purchasing power in the money we need to function in society.

A third political party is the necessary step, as both of the present parties are influenced, some may even say controlled by the central banks to maintain the present system of credit by pulling strings in many ways at a few levels to prevent a collapse. When one party takes power they move to further the agenda of the powers-that-be in banking and the global or national corporations which altogether preserves their and our system of credit. But in a few years the public catches on to this and steps up to elect new so-called "leaders" and "decision makers" who just go on to commit the same type of exploiting and overall harmful actions to the regular people.

I personally supported Barack Obama during his rise into prominence and ultimately into "power"; I bought into his push for "change". I believe Barack Obama was, during his rise, genuinely interested in changing the government and helping the people recover from the atrocities previous presidents (most notably Bush Jr, but Clinton and Bush Sr. as well) allowed to happen and in many cases even facilitated . But at some point, and many speculate this was during mid-2008 when he supposedly met with the Bilderberg Group (the powerful top-level bankers and global businessmen), he became influenced by the powers-that-be seeking to preserve the system of credit.

So, Barack Obama "bailed out" the smaller banks (yes, Wall Street is the smaller banks), maintained the two wars we already had going, started a new conflict and even enabled and promoted the over-manufacturing of money by the private Federal Reserve System. This made it clear to me, a man who sincerely cares about civil-rights and the core conservative values that left and right, liberal and conservative, Republican and Democrat are all the same! They are all the same because they maintain the present system of credit which exploits us regular people while serving the powers-that-be who profit and benefit from this.

The civil rights of liberals and the core values of conservatives both greatly appeal to me, but there is a fundamental flaw to this 2-party system. This 2-party system is designed to split the regular people which creates a structure that ultimately serves the system of credit in exploiting the regular people with deception; meaning there is really one option with two names serving the same interest. Issues like abortion, global warming, gay marriage and welfare/social programs are divisive to the public and take our minds and focus off of the deeper issue which is the perverse, infectious power of the system of credit and the far-reaching effects from this; multiple wars, deep debt to communist China, de-value of US dollar, etc.

As I have previously mentioned, both parties have appealing core values, important principles, but they are designed to drive a wedge in the public and support the present political structure that is working for the powers-that-be. We regular people need to focus on the most important issue at hand, which is the system of credit and the powers-that-be seeking to maintain and promote it by harmful means like multiple wars, harmful banking practices (Wall St) and commodity manipulation of most notably oil but gold, silver and copper as well.

We the people must take a stand by empowering a 3rd party to ultimately address this corruption and get out of our current position of being exploited and victimized by the powers-that-be operating the system of credit.

For many of us, especially those with years of loyalty to a party (like to Liberals for civil rights) and/or focus on certain issues (like abortion and religion), it will be tough to make this fundamental shift in political support but this is absolutely necessary to alter the system and empower us regular people. We have to start making some small sacrifices on the personal level now in order to improve our position in the coming years and give our children and young family members a functional American society in which they can prosper.

True Health with Holistic Self-Care

How to Build a Commitment to Holistic Self-Care

by Sam Suska

Most of us can agree that happiness, inner peace and overall ‘health’ are respectable, widely agreed upon general goals for life. They are meaningful, attainable and rationally determined when we investigate the specific and seemingly superficial goals that many people also report. People tend to report happiness as a direct goal of life or they claim to seek wealth and possessions that facilitates this overall feeling. It appears to be that the pursuit of happiness, which can easily be misguided, is a general approach to life for the majority of the population.

Inner peace is usually not a direct goal of life, as this is a sub-conscious characteristic marked by patience, positivity and faith in self-empowerment; when people lack this trait internal conflict is bound to emerge and negatively impact quality of life. Inner conflict occurs when one's sub-conscious has not fully adjusted to the experiences, 'stressors' and adversity presented to and within the person in the past or present. Inner conflict or the lack of inner peace is generally signified by an inability to focus, frustration, hostility and general negativity among other traits. Inner peace is a deep sense that builds a foundation for the person to maximize potential in life and possibly even reach success in many ways never imagined.

Overall ‘health’ includes the mind and the body and is generally expressed by seemingly endless natural energy or the opposite which includes disorders, symptoms, illness and disease. This implies that most people think of ‘health’ as whether or not someone has noticeable signs that can be described as one of the preceding problems. That is a seriously flawed and highly subjective way to define ‘health’; therefore the first step in building a commitment to ‘holistic self-care’ is by specifically defining 'health' and keeping in mind that this is the focus and intention of this potentially life altering lifestyle.

In order to reach happiness, inner peace and overall ‘health’ one starts by defining ‘health’ followed by taking the next step to form basic holistic-minded principles which promote the holistic-minded definition of ‘health’. We have to analyze the overall goals of life and determine how and why these emerge and persevere. They appear to be dependent on the underlying state of the person, or the state of each aspect of the whole ‘being’.

The whole ‘being’ includes the physical body, the conscious mind and the sub-conscious realm we will refer to as the spirit; these entities work together and integrate to form the overall state of the whole whole 'being'. Therefore, we need to show the whole ‘being’ loving care and attention on a daily basis by making ‘optimal choices’ which promote the specific states of mind, body, spirit that form the optimal state of the whole 'being' enabling happiness, inner peace and overall ‘health’. We will determine the overall state of the person and the individual states of mind, body and spirit that appear to determine happiness, inner peace and overall ‘health’ and whether or not one reaches the goals of life.

At this point we form the entire holistic-minded philosophy we will use to approach life and the choices we have to make in performing and fulfilling the ‘basic functions’. The approach to life is shaped by the holistic-minded intention we apply to ourselves on a daily, continuous basis in order to reach and maintain these deeply meaningful goals in life which have a multitude of positive side-effects including, but not limited to humility, security with one’s self, focus, increased production with helpfulness, kindness and compassion to and for others.

Building familiarity and knowledge of the holistic-minded philosophy is rather simple, practical and realistic for virtually all people with an open-mind and a willingness to take ‘control’ over their health and happiness. Implementing this lifestyle with powerful, happiness and ‘health’ promoting holistic-minded intentions is a well thought process which is detailed in the ‘Stages of Empowerment’.

The progression through the ‘Stages of Empowerment’ is different for everyone, but will always be rewarding with potential to improve quality of life and reach the basic goals of happiness, inner peace and overall ‘health’. As we become more consistent and dedicated to holistic-minded intention we will stabilize our states of mind, body and spirit which work together in forming the overall state of ‘being’ and create and enable an increased quality of life with happiness, inner peace, overall ‘health’ and the positive side-effects like self-security, humility, production and helpfulness and compassion to others.

For the holistic-minded definition of 'health' complete with holistic-minded principles which form the invaluable holistic-minded intentions that shape a holistic-minded philosophy and allow the open-minded and willing individual to progress through the Stages of Empowerment please read my upcoming book, "True Health with Holistic Self-Care". This text has the ability to truly help anyone with the open-mind to read it and willingness to begin the process of implementing the suggested lifestyle to progress through the Stages of Empowerment and reach happiness, inner peace and overall 'health'.

Thank you for reading and please e-mail me at truehealthservices@gmail.com if you have any questions, comments or simply seek more knowledge of holistic self-care. I am always willing and able to explain holistic self-care or help anyone regardless of the situation or circumstances. Every interaction in life is a chance to help someone or improve one's self.

Reviewing "The 4 Agreements"

review by Sam Suska

"The Four Agreements" is by Don Miguel Ruiz

My project this afternoon was to read, consider and begin applying the principles of this book. However, I decided to take my own personal approach and apply my own thoughtfulness to this meaningful book. i highly recommend that you sit down and take a few hours to read this book. but if you don't believe you have the time (you do) or are simply unwilling (and that's OK) then you can read my interpretation of this little book.

1. Be impeccable with your word
words can lift spirits or they can cause deep wounds. we have to be thoughtful and considerate of how our words affect others. think of words as a direct way that we can express our intentions.

first, we can all agree that taking our time to consider our words is a useful strategy. becoming mindful with our words starts with investigating how our intentions create and express themselves as words. these intentions are often times the result of feelings. these feelings may not always be so apparent to us, but with patience we can gather insight on these.

the potentially powerful feelings are formed by thoughts and perceptions we have of ourselves and the world around us. our thoughts and perceptions are most powerfully influenced by the outlook we have and the thought process we employ.

so, outlook + thought process>perceptions>thoughts>feelings>intentions.....which are then expressed by our words.
there is no exact, fail-proof strategy to use; but simple awareness can play a great role.so, we have to be aware that our approach to life in general is reflected by our words. if we approach life with a positive attitude complete with patience and a thought process like rational-thinking we can have a profound effect on our words. these words need a purpose; helpfulness, love, care and truth are inarguably good intentions and goals in life which can become our mission statement or purpose in life.

we don't need extreme or dramatic events for us to express ourselves in a meaningful manner. nearly all of our words can have a meaningfulness to them, it just takes a mindful 'life approach'. we can start right now by employing a 'life approach' aimed to help others with loving, care-giving truthful intentions that are expressed with our words
smile right now, because this is not as difficult as it seems.

we are all capable of this, especially you. you have done so much good for others with so many helpful intentions thus far, and you have yet to employ this type of semi-organized approach to your life. what i'm saying is that you are capable of so much without using a strategy, you may be dangerously loving, caring and successful with a strategy!
this strategy is not written in stone, just employ it slowly into your life and follow the basic principles as much as possible.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally
we all have interactions with people, however short or meaningless they appear to be, that are stressful, challenging and leave us feeling upset in some way. we are not the cause of these problems in any way! what other people say and do is just their own way to express and project themselves, however misguided or unguided these may be.

we should not internalize anything happens to us because we are only in control of ourselves and nothing else and nobody else. when we truly buy into the realization that the world does not revolve around us we can become immune to the opinions and actions of other people. i am not responsible for your actions and you are not responsible for mine

trust is an important characteristic, if we trust a person their words generally have more weight with us. but this is a misconception, when in reality our confidence and trust is with ourselves because we know we are making the responsible choice in listening to this other person; you see the actual trust is that we made a good decision in selecting the people we surround ourselves with.

so, we need to become immune to others and this starts by surrounding ourselves with those we trust while becoming comfortable that we are only in control of ourselves. what others do and say is a reflection of who they are on the inside and how well they have adjusted to society and the problems they encounter.

i will never be a victim and neither will you when we both truly understand that nothing others do is because of us. their actions, their words are a projection of themselves and they need to deal with that. we cannot invest our precious time and energy into dealing with what others say and do to us; we are capable of using that for much more meaningful stuff like giving love to others!

love is something deep and beyond our conscious thought formed by our intuition and lying within our heart. we can only follow our intuition and express what's in our heart when we no longer take what others say and do personally. there is no struggle when we don't take anything personally; we are finally able to say "i love you" without fear because we followed our intuition and expressed our heart!
3. Don't Make Assumptions
uncertainty and fear of the unknown are two of the most potentially damaging feelings we can experience. uncertainty and fear manifest in our mind, create over-thinking and cause us to worry . however, these feelings result from assumptions we so readily, easily and often time unknowingly make.

we generally assume that other people are judging us, misunderstanding us or even know exactly what we think. yes, we can assume that another person feels just like us or completely different from how we feel or we can even assume they think we are crazy for our feelings. but we don't know this!

we have to communicate with other to know how they feel, avoid misunderstandings and prevent fear and uncertainty. the only way to know something about someone is to communicate with them. we can do this by asking broad questions, then indirect questions and when they appear to have a focused thought process we have to ask this person direct questions. and when we have already instituted the previous two agreements, we are ready, willing and able to properly reflect and respond to the answers, whatever they may be.

when we willingly communicate with others, don't take what they say personally and properly/mindfully express ourselves we will cease to make assumptions and be free of worry, fear and overall anxiety.
4. Always Do Your Best
we begin the process of making these 4 agreements by slowly instituting the previous three into our daily lives, but we will truly take a powerful step over creating our reality by committing to always doing our best. when we make the commitment to do our best all four of the agreements will become habits and we will desire and need this profoundly thoughtful way of living.

our best is subjective, it is so subjective that it changes from moment to moment. what was our best at midnight will not be our best at mid-afternoon; in fact no two moments are ever the exact same. so we have nothing to compare our effort to because there is no other moment in time like right now. this prevents us from casting judgment on ourselves and creating shame and guilt, which have the potential to paralyze us and damage ourselves mentally and physically.

the most important thing here is not to try too hard. we must try appropriately, and this knowledge lies within us, when we get in touch with our intuition we can get a good idea of just how much energy we can expend in making the four agreements and committing to them.

there will be challenges, there will be times we forget the four agreements and there will even be times we willingly throw them out the door. all we have to do at these moments is step up, brush ourselves off, be honest with ourselves and do our best. we either do the four agreements or we do not; it is that black and white.

when we do the four agreements we are allowed to perform differently at all times, because our best is always changing from time to time. when we do the four agreements we are expecting things to constantly be changing in us and around us; we grasp and appreciate the dynamic quality, the ever-changing quality that life contains. life is precious and when we are always doing our best we are giving back to the higher power that created us and enables the plentiful, precious world around us.

we can and will give ourselves loving care and proper, healthy attention when we make the four agreements. as we keep this up we will grow, learn life lessons and be in a better situation with better skills to cope with any issues and give help and love to others. after all, it is hard to argue with making helping other people a life goal.

Our Physical Potential

by Sam Suska

In order to understand how we can reach our physical potential we must first investigate the natural world around us and make the connections between nature and the human body. Our discussion of nature has to begin with the sun, which is the ultimate source of the electrical energy needed to operate the human body.

First, the human body has photosynthetic potential, a characteristic we may familiarize with plants. Like plants our body has the ability to directly adsorb (this is the grasping of atoms, molecules and sub-atomic particles) the electrical energy emitted within sunlight. The sunlight is full of electrical energy in a form known as photons which upon adsorption into the skin can then be converted into a directly usable form of electrical energy known as electrons.

The edible green plants like spinach, kale, chard, romaine lettuce, collard greens, broccoli, avocados, cucumbers, celery (and many more) are remarkably efficient in adsorbing the photons from sunlight and converting them into electrons (the readily usable form of electrical energy) and storing this electrical energy potential within it's chlorophyll (the blood of plants). These edible green plants have amazing electron density, which humans and animals have been using as food to prosper on for thousands of years. So, we obtain the electrical energy to operate our body by eating food (especially green plants!), exposing our body to sunlight and also drinking pure Water.

Water, green plants, the human body and all of the substances on our planet can be commonly referred to as matter; which is anything that has mass and volume. Matter is made up of atoms and molecules which are held together, bonded by electrical forces (these are sub-atomic particles). This means that all matter, (especially our body, green plants and water) is composed of electrical energy; even inanimate objects like a chair or a table contain electrical energy. However these non-living objects have significantly less electrical energy potential than humans, green plants or water.

The overall electrical energy potential of a substance is determined by those electrical forces which bond the atoms and molecules of the matter. These sub-atomic particles are smaller than atoms and molecules and have an electrical charge; these are called protons (positively charged) which have the potential to react with the aforementioned electrons, which are negatively charged.

The concentration of electrons in a substance determines the overall electrical energy potential due to the ability of electrons to react and "give" energy to the positively charged sub-atomic particle, the proton. A quick summary of the interaction between these electrically charged sub-atomic particles is that electrons "give" energy to protons (protons "take" energy!) signifying a reaction and generating electrical energy. So, we can begin to see why electron-density determines the overall electrical energy potential of a substance; both solids and liquids.

Solid substances densely packed with electrons (like green plants) have been found to vibrate at a considerably higher level than proton-dense substances (which can be processed and/or heavily cooked foods). The vibration level of a solid signifies the electrical energy potential of the substance, this is also measured in liquids by the ability they have to reduce oxidation by atoms and/or molecules (the "breakdown" of matter). Oxidation is the loss of electrons by a substance, which occurs in our body as a result of basic functions like movement, metabolism and the natural "breakdown" of tissues. Preventing excessive oxidation in our body is absolutely necessary to fulfill physical potential, which is a main reason that foods and drinks with dense with antioxidants have become more prominent in recent years.

Our body is largely composed of fluids (over 70%), the most important being blood. Human blood has many vital roles which include directly nourishing the tissues and cells with electrical energy as well as decreasing the regular oxidation of body tissues. Our blood saturates and directly anti-oxidizes the constant "breakdown" of tissues; the electron-density of the blood (measured as the Oxidative Reductive Potential) plays a prominent role in fulfilling the physical potential of the body.

There is undoubtedly a vital need in the human body for electrons, which are found in all drinks and foods, but if one desires to fulfill their own personal physical potential they must focus on using electron-dense sources to support the electrical energy design of the body. These electron-dense sources begin with the sun, which can energize us directly by sunlight or indirectly by consuming foods like the aforementioned green plants (which adsorb the sunlight). Chlorophyll, the "blood" of these green plants which also give them color, is virtually identical to our own human blood, with the only difference being the center molecule (ours is iron whereas for plants it is magnesium). This electrons-dense chlorophyll has the powerful ability to infuse our blood, our nervous system and our meridian system (this is the basis of Chinese Medicine) with the electrical energy required for operating our body as a whole.

Our blood and nervous system require also require pure Water and pure Salt. Pure Water is made available to us by natural sources like springs, geysers and wells. Pure Salt can be made available to us when we dry out Sea-water. In fact blood is over 90% water and sprinkled with pure Salt in order to conduct the electrical energy throughout our blood. Pure Salt is one of the most vital needs for the human body and the best sources of this are Green vegetables and Sea Salt.

Our body desires electrons (which are derived from photons emitted by the sun) to "give" electrical energy directly to the protons which compose our body tissues in order to energize the body and more specifically the brain. The brain physically operates the body with the general control by the mind. The mind has the profound ability to transform matter within the body as a response to it's perceptions and thoughts which lead to feelings and emotions. This internal transformation of matter generates neurotransmitters, enzymes and hormones from raw nutrients, fluids and our own tissues.

Our mind is the all-powerful governor of the physical body which itself is an organization of electrical energy. The mind regularly transforms matter (hormones generated in response to feelings and emotions) and makes the choices which either nourish or deplete the body of electrical energy potential (like food and drink choice). The nourishing choices promote electrical energy flow (like moving) or directly provide electrons and anti-oxidation (with food and drink) whereas the depleting choices counter these and decrease our overall vibration potentially leading to exhaustion, poor digestion, low immunity, foggy-mind, depression and anxiety to name a few symptoms resulting from a lifestyle that defies the electrical design of the human body.

The body is dependent upon the mind, which is shaped by the attitude and perspective chosen to approach the world. When the mind is shaped with a positive outlook (which begins with a love for one's self, others and nature progressing to a sense of security, respect, satisfaction, motivation and general happiness) it has potential to make the choices which energize and anti-oxidize the body and begin to reach physical potential.

These 'optimal choices' directly promote the oxidative reductive potential (this is anti-oxidation) of our blood which saturates tissues in our more than 60,000 miles of blood vessels. The positively shaped mind can readily make the choice to drink copious amounts of pure Water, use pure Salt, eat considerable green plants and manage emotions to reduce overall 'stress', prevent excessive oxidation, promote electrical energy potential all with the intention to vibrate at a higher level.

The mind also has the equally powerful ability to allow the internal oxidation process to reach excessive levels which decreases electrical energy potential and vibration by making the depleting choices in types of movement, food and drink. Once again, this dangerous process begins with perception built from a negative attitude and general life outlook that one uses to approach life. This negativity restricts the generation of and movement by necessary neurotransmitters (like dopamine and serotonin) while also generating directly harmful hormones like cortisol (which leads to tissue inflammation), adrenaline (exhausts and damages tissues) and even estrogen (nobody wants excess estrogen).

This negative outlook will form and/or maintain an irrational thought process which can directly lead to feelings of being powerless, aimless and without proper management of emotions in general. This often times leads to overwhelming and potentially reckless emotions like depression, anxiety, fear of the unknown, worry, sadness and grief all of which have the ability to lock the mind, then the body in vicious cycles depleting the brain and the body of electrical energy potential signified by low vibration.

When the mind and body maintain an electrical energy depletion or deficiency for too long the overall vibration decreases and the blood loses it's 'spark of life' and begins to struggle with reducing the oxidation of the body tissues which is non-stop as a result of metabolism, movement and function. This points to the power of the mind in creating, maintaining and realizing one's physical potential; this begins with a willingness to embark on the deeply meaningful task of following an entire lifestyle designed to maximize the electrical energy potential of the human body.

I have personally designed this lifestyle, which I refer to as 'holistic self-care' because in order to reach physical potential one must optimize their mind and spirit as well. The basic premise of 'holistic self-care' is that we are in control of our health, and with giving our whole 'being' (mind, body and spirit) balanced, loving care and attention we will, in time, significantly improve our overall health. Holistic self-care is built with holistic-minded principles that are implemented in a process beginning with understanding proceeding to respect and followed by a deep commitment.

Holistic self-care is a way to get out of the vicious cycle of the Standard American Diet and lifestyle as a whole which is all many people know. They seek energy from sugars, processed carbs (like bread and cereal) and caffeine but these are proton-dense sources of electrical energy. These proton-dense sources (which also includes dairy and processed meats to name a few) have the ability to stimulate our tissues and provide immediate electrical energy, but will inevitably lead to decreased electrical energy potential in the long-run (which is only starting with the well-known "crash"). A vicious cycle will ensue where someone is constantly "needing" energy and returns to these poor sources repeatedly which lead to food addictions, caffeine addictions and cravings that impact a person's mood, thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions.

With holistic self-care you will break this vicious cycle by slowly committing to the holistic-minded principles which allow you to harness the incredible power of your mind by employing a rational thought process with a positive outlook. With patience you can get to a point in life where you easily make the choices to show your body love with electron-dense foods and drinks, daily stress-relieving techniques, focused exercise, deep breathing and restorative sleep. Your mind, body and spirit have wonderful potential and deserve to be given balanced, loving care and attention. You can begin the Stages of self-Empowerment today by reflecting on your personal journey in life; consider all the lessons you have learned and be happy with yourself because right now you have an open-mind.

Your open-minded approach to life is may create the willingness to implement holistic self-care into your life. Holistic self-care offers concrete principles you can incorporate into your daily lifestyle with techniques, strategies and the ability to flexibly choose options that can greatly improve your life and maximize the love, happiness and helpfulness currently radiating from your beautiful spiritual essence.

Commitment to Holistic Exercise

Resistance and Weigh-In Day

Today is the day! Day 34 of my bodyfat loss competition is the final day and I lost 2% bodyfat according to the calipers and 9 lbs. overall. I am quite pleased with the results as I did nothing extreme, I simply followed the lifestyle I am researching for the book I am in the process of putting together entitled "True Health: Guide to Holistic Self-Care".

Exercise is a focal point of the holistic self-care lifestyle I recommend and personally use, it is of equal importance to nutrition, stress-relief and outlook/approach. I break the whole lifestyle down into these separate aspects as a way to separate the basic functions of life (breathing, thinking, choosing, moving, eating, drinking, eliminating, sleeping, grooming, socializing) so we can perform and fulfill these with the best quality sources.

The nutrition consists of daily, generous servings of green vegetables and more specifically green leafy vegetables on a daily basis. I complemented this with a significant amount of organic, cold-pressed oils like hempseed, flax, olive, coconut, sunflower and a few more. I also regularly included easy-to-digest protein sources like hempseed powder, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat, quinoa, avocados, spinach along with fatty fish like salmon and mackerel as my only sources of animal protein.

Equally important to nutrition is stress-relief which is proactively address with meditation, Qigong, some Yoga movements and deep breathing. Rounding out my lifestyle was sleeping, which has been my weakest area for much of my life and during these past 34 days. I have continued to improve my personal commitment to relaxing more prior to bed and most importantly I recognize that I need to "shut off" my mind off in order to relax and restore myself with sleep.

My holistic approach to exercise is about balancing the 2 basic types of exercise (relaxing/vigorous) and also finding the appropriate balance within the vigorous realm of exercise which includes flexibility, cardio and resistance training. I have steadily improved my balance throughout this year and am in the process of reaching what I call the 'optimal balance' within my exercise practice.

Finally, my outlook/approach to lifestyle consists of regularly using a rational thought process with a positive outlook. Committing to this enables me to present myself the best options when evaluating how to perform and fulfill the aforementioned basic functions. Once these options are presented I am in the best position to make a the 'optimal choice' which forms health, vitality and ultra-wellbeing within the mind, body and spirit.

Well, that was just a brief outline of the 'holistic self-care' lifestyle now here are some pictures which show me at what I believe is a good, healthy weight which is a big step for me to move forward and continue improving my overall health.

Daily Supplementation

by Sam Suska

To start, I only recommend a few universal supplements to all people. These include a multi-vitamin, a multi-mineral, vitamin D3, fish oil, and sodium bicarbonate. Remember these nutritional supplements are in addition to taking at least the initial steps to holistic self-care which include making some improvements in basic nutrition (improving water quantity and then quality while adding Sea Salt to foods), exercise (balancing types of exercise), stress-relief (meditation and relaxing exercise) and basic living (more natural grooming products). Here are some informative links, basic conclusions and of course, my personal recommendation.

Sodium Bicarbonate (aka Baking Soda)

General body function:
it promotes alkaline pH in the body
it counteracts the lactic acid resulting from movement and exercise

A little more scientific view:
it is used by the body to counteract our inevitable generation of acids

General body health:
http://articlesofhealth.blogspot.com/2009/08/sodium-bicarbonate-in-prevention-and.html
it is anti-tumor and has the potential to prevent cancer.

Specific treatment:
this oncologist has been injecting it directly into tumors.

How long it works:
it seems to affect the body for a significant time frame.

Where to get it:
this is the easy to way to take it, in pill form.
this is the powder form.
*remember that conventional forms of baking soda tend to be stabilized with aluminum, so please avoid these.

What do I personally recommend:
Take one tablespoon between 90 minutes and 20 minutes before exercise when your stomach feels relatively empty. Immediately follow your exercise with half a tablespoon. On days when you do not work out you can take one teaspoon upon waking in the morning, as your stomach should be empty. I also recommend another teaspoon prior to sleeping if your stomach is somewhat empty.

This super-affordable supplement is more than just something you can take to help sports performance or prevent cancer, it is actually generated and used by the body to preserve it's intended state of function. Taking sodium bicarbonate is a way of supporting your body's homeostatic mechanisms that are designed to preserve the body and enable you to maximize production, performance and reach physical potential.

I am not touting sodium bicarbonate as some "magic pill" because this does not exist and my personal holistic-minded perspective on "health" and self-care uses a well-rounded approach including overall nutrition, balance of and within exercise, stress-relief and basic living strategies. I simply believe that including sodium bicarbonate along with taking some basic steps in those fields of lifestyle science can significantly empower virtually anyone in taking control of their "health".

Remember, our "health" is a dynamic, constantly fluctuating state of function within our whole 'being'. Our whole 'being' is composed of mind, body and spirit which interact and greatly impact each other. Promoting an alkaline pH within our body by using sodium bicarbonate on a regular basis makes complete sense, especially when you consider that it is very affordable, virtually free of side-effects (unless you are very salt and mineral deficient, in this case some diarrhea is possible) and really easy to include in your present lifestyle.

For more information on my developing "health" perspective I have entitled 'Holistic Self-Care' please browse my other articles available here or feel free to e-mail me and pressure me to finish writing the book about 'holistic self-care'. Thank you very much for reading and keep your mind open, because like a parachute, it can only function when open!

Holistic-Minded Exericise

by Sam Suska

Holistic-minded exercise is a vital component of holistic self-care; without it one cannot reach their potential and obtain true health. Holistic-minded exercise incorporates mind and body while importantly promoting the optimal states of the body. Alkaline pH and balanced 'energy' flow are the states in which the body is intended to operate; however simply moving and breathing can 'stress' the body and oppose this intended state. These basic functions will only temporarily 'stress' the body when performed in a holistic-minded fashion, and over time the body will become more efficient.

Improving the efficiency of the body is a principle focus of the individualized holistic exercise plan provided to you in the upcoming book, "The True Health Lifestyle: Guide for Holistic Self-Care". The mind cannot "drift" off during exercise or oppose it, maintaining a positive outlook is a key to making holistic-minded exercise a lasting part of your life. So the mind needs to always "buy" into what you're doing, as holistic exercise serves the greater purpose of improving body function and health as a whole.

"The True Health Lifestyle: Guide for Holistic Self-Care" constantly interacts with the reader and uses questionnaire's to determine each person's individualized plan of holistic self-care. The holistic self-care plan is broken down into a basic living plan, a nutrition plan and an exercise plan. These subdivisions of holistic self-care desire balanced attention just like our mind, body and spirit need, so we cannot short-change any of these aspects.

Exercise is the most often overlooked aspect of holistic self-care; and also the most incorrectly understood aspect of many people's so-called "healthy" lifestyles. Exercise 'stresses' the body by creating acids which challenge the intended states of alkaline pH and balanced 'energy' flow. As a result when exercise does not have a holistic-minded focus it can become a 'stressor' to the individual with the costs (acids) outweighing the benefits (efficiency of whole body).

Without an individualized holistic exercise plan it is quite easy for even the most fitness knowledgeable person to perform exercise which does not support the intended state of the body and 'stress' themselves. The body is quite amazing and can perform a multitude of functions to preserve the intended state of the body which are best classified as part of the alkalizing buffering system or the elimination system. These systems create much of what people realize as the "side effects" of exercise like water retention, joint inflammation and muscle soreness; these are actually preserving the intended states of the body.

It is natural and expected to experience these "side effects" of exercise, but only to a certain point and certainly not for ongoing periods of time. Exercise can be a powerful 'stressor' when not holistic-minded, this helps explains why many dedicated athletes develop chronic diseases despite following workout regimens (though diet is more influential). Holistic-minded exercise plans are designed to promote the alkaline pH and balanced 'energy' flow of the body with regular time efficient workouts.

Time efficiency, individual needs and the order of exercises play the greatest roles in making exercise more beneficial (efficient body) than costly (acids). The individual needs include muscle balance and VO2 capailities which are further explained in the forthcoming text "The True Health Lifestyle: Guide for Holistic Self-Care". Muscle balance is needed between separate, opposing core muscles (medial/lateral balance) as well as between muscles of the front of the body and the rear of the body (anterior/posterior balance). The efficiency in which the body uses oxygen determines the VO2 capabilities and plays a powerful role in determining overall function of the body.

Holistic-minded exercise supports the individual needs of the person in a time efficient manner with workouts designed in a specific order which directly targets certain needs while also helping the body minimize the costs (acids) and promote the benefits (body efficiency like removal of acids). A regular commitment of about an hour to exercise the body in an intelligent manner is the most basic need for this aspect of holistic self-care. Once this becomes consistent you can truly impact the health and function of your whole 'being' by addressing the body and focusing the mind.

Holistic exercise plans consists of individualized balanced between cardio, flexibility and resistance training. With the specific types of exercises or movements also being highly individualized, as what is beneficial for one person may not be so necessary for another. The order of exercises and intensity of the exercises is also entirely individualized and can be determined in the upcoming book "The True Health Lifestyle: Guide for Holistic Self-Care".

The nutrition before and after your holistic workouts is also quite influential and can vary based on your individual needs but with the underlying emphasis to return the body to alkaline pH with balanced 'energy' flow. Simply fueling the body with concentrated 'energy' an hour prior to working out by drinking a green vegetable juice (of kale, celery, cucumber, spinach, etc.) or green smoothie (of chard, kale, avocado, cilantro, almond milk, etc.) can really help maintain the intended state of the body.

Following the workout with immediate supplementation of aluminum-free baking soda and concentrated antioxidants can play a great role in minimizing the cost (acids) of exercising. Both are quite affordable and much more practical and health-promoting than the typical post-workout drink consisting of dairy protein like whey mixed with a variety of added chemicals. This immediate supplementation can be followed by a hemp protein drink or a holistic nutrition meal; please refer to my past blogs or e-mail me at truehealthservices@gmail.com for details on where to get these products or what a holistic nutrition meal consists of.

To get started on your holistic-minded exercise plan today you can make some easy changes in addition to pre and post-workout nutrition by simply reaching a solid balance to your workouts in a time efficient manner. The first step is to arrange your workout by starting with 5 to 10 minutes of light cardio followed by 5 to 10 minutes of fully stretching all of your body, not just the muscle you plan to focus on. 10 to 20 minutes of full body exercises (like squat and press or kettlebell swings) is next to be immediately complemented with exercises that focus on one body area (like lunges or pull-ups) for another 10 to 20 minutes.

Ending the workout with at least 15 minutes of moderate intensity cardio is key to helping promote elimination of the acids created by the exercises. Follow this with another 5 to 10 minutes of full body stretching and a holistic-minded workout is complete. For more information you can directly contact me at truehealthservices@gmail.com. I am presently employed as a personal trainer and have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, so I am very much involved in the exercise realm of holistic self-care on a regular basis. I am quite willing and able to answer whatever questions you may have. Take care and give yourself balanced, loving care and attention for the new year.
